The first thing that I loved and my daughter loved is that this brings a lot of packages inside. So that in itself is worth it. Daughter says that this has really helped her gut health. She takes it before eating but says it’s better to take later in the day and don’t mix it in water. The taste is better when taking it without water. I have noticed her skin improving as well. Overall this is worth getting it, it brings a whole lot of packages and if you don’t mind not having it with water, this item is great for you.
