Beware! This product advertises itself as a Truvia mint but it contains Sorbitol as the first ingredient; “ Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol found in fruits and plants with diuretic, laxative and cathartic property.” Sorbitol is not recommended for diabetics as it can raise their blood sugar & also can cause stomach issues in many people. Sorbitol is one of the ingredients I was attempting to avoid by choosing a stevia mint so it will be trashed. I would give it zero stars if I could.
