It’s waste if you don’t have a anchoring point. Door hold is not good option. Instead the better option is with handle . The rubber shows weathe cracking which can be dangerous.

The lighter blue bullmarc band is easy to use for people who are new to banded workouts. It is very long lasting especially if you keep it away from heat, water and rusty window sills. You can perform resistance pushups with the blue bands. The grey bands is where the resistance amps up hard. The grey bullmarc band gives a super solid workout that can mimic a 7 to 10kg band with ease. It is challenging. Both these bands have been more long lasting than other bands and helped me through the pandemic years.

Product is absolutely as per expectations, ( I think I needed Green plus one lower colored one as Purple band is for heavy excercise and wright lifting, I bought it as per my weight, though because of quality, it's better than expectations)2. Quality as mentioned above is wonderful, I've attached a picture of product where I've kept thank you card intentionally so that you can have an idea about thickness of the band. In layman language, thickness is half of thickness of your finger and width is around 3.5 fingers. If you open the circle, lenth of band would be nearly 3 times lenth of your arms.3. Door handle (don't remember exact name), for excercise is also of very high quality, bought this combo as handle was free with this else it would cost you 300+, will help in multiple excercises.4. You don't get list of excercise directly or any brochure, However there is a key and using which you can download ebook from Bulmarc website.5. Price is a bit high, but considering quality, I'll suggest you to buy one by one but buy from Bulmarc only. I too want all of these but because of budget, purchased two, will buy remaining after soome time. You won't regret spending few extra bucks.6. Now c'mon @Bulmarc team, who writes this cute and sweet note with the products these days. Thanks you so much for this.
