Absolutely a game changer for diets
I absolutely LOVE anything made by palmini. Every product has been delicious. I don't even feel like Im missing out on delicious dishes that I've had to give up due to my change in diet. I would give all the products 10 starts if I could. I feel this is a total game changer for me now on. If i have a pasta craving then I just open a pack and make my favorite dish with the noodles. Yes it has a different flavor not like true pasta, but it's delicious. I also love the texture almost a little crunch which is satisfying for me. I feel like I'm cheating everytime I eat anything from them. Can't wait to see what they come out with next.

It's definitely not pasta, but a pretty good alternative
It does have that slightly vegetable-y (think bean sprouts--kind of) taste, and the texture is not quite right. BUT for the huge difference in calories, I can live with it!

I'll order again
It definitely is different from pasta and has a vegetable quality. Remind me of Zucchini only a lot more sturdy. I would buy it again. It also is not as expensive as other brands, which is nice. It's still on the expensive side, but worth it for health benefits.

Not a pasta substitute
Does not replace pasta. I wanted to try the item as healthy eating is important. Tried with homemade marinara sauce and freshly grated parmesan. Did not work for me. I am glad this item works for many but this not a pasta replacement. I have pasta maybe once every 2 weeks. Not worth it for me.Islington

Low carb no sugar.
Taste nothing like pasta. It is palatable in certain recipes and sauces. Good for plant based diets and diabetics.

Great pasta
These are a great alternative to pasta made from flour and gluten. Just make sure to soak them in saltwater for a half hour at least before eating.

Tastes great and no guilt
Really like this palm based alternative to wheat pasta. I can enjoy a couple of homemade meatballs and a ladle of my killer instapot spaghetti sauce without feeling guilty. You can literally eat almost as much of this as you want with only 10% of the calories of wheat pasta. I sometimes eat it right from the pouch with sauce or salads. Just drain, rinse, drain and a quick healthy meal. Seems to stick with you and feel satisfied longer than with regular wheat past as well.has tiny hint of vegetable taste to it (like a mung bean sprout), but hardly anything much after you rinse. Sort of like zucchini but firmer.Trying to shed some winter weight so really appreciate. Really like this. Yum.....
