Im completely baffled how other reviewers find this comfortable etc, its agony but I have to say, after my first go and lasting 17 mins when I got up my back and neck felt incredible, sadly they started to ache again all over after 10 mins but its spurred me on to keep trying it as maybe with continued use the effect will last longer each time. I can stand on it for only about 10 seconds. I did buy it having read others said it was so relaxing but its not. I have constant mega tight knots that are painful to touch so Im all for nice pain but this is like sharp needles going into you. So be warned. I'll update my review in a few weeks when I have used it.more.

I have tried all sorts of alternative treatments for my ME and CFS and nothing has worked as well as this. A friend sent me a review on these and I scoffed at the idea, but thought it wasn’t expensive and I’ll try anything for a good nights sleep and pain relief. The mat and pillow arrived really quickly and didn’t look particularly impressive but my goodness looks can be deceiving. It hurt like hell the first couple of times so I wore a loose thin T-shirt. I slept so deeply and so well afterwards and I woke up pain free for the first time in years. The pain free didn’t last long but I am hoping that it will last longer each day after a good nights sleep. I have been using the mat and pillow for 5 nights now and my sleep has been amazing. I have more energy in the daytime and I hope the longer I use these the more improvement I shall have. Take a chance! They are working for me!

I like this and is relaxing for body and disperses energy in ways I need..I put a pillow case over it as in first using I caught my finger in the spikes and it bled! Just be aware of this..but with pillow case cover it works well for the price..

Since buying my own set I've bought two more as gifts. One might argue whether a 'modern bed of nails' device is a loving gift or not, but fingers crossed they'll work their magic! ;)

Love it!I also stand barefoot on mine foe 5 mins every morning! Hits the acupressure points in your feet, and it feels great when u step off!

Brilliant.....came well packaged...I wanted it for my Plantar Fastitis and it's great for getting the circulation going within the feet...Have tried it on the back also and it's just brilliant for again getting blood flow to the area....great product.

This is absolutely amazing! I have hypermobility, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, prolapsed discs, sciatica & other stuff going on and I’m constantly in a lot of pain, and thought I’d give this a try. Takes a moment to get comfortable but once you’re on it you can feel the slightly stinging pain relief getting to work, plus my back gets really warm which is lush when you’re always cold! After 15 Mins my back looks red raw but feels in less pain. I use this at night and it’s made my evenings much more comfortable. I don’t understand the science behind this, but regardless, I can’t recok this enough. At this price it’s wortg giving it a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

had a previous accu mat which didn't last too long because the material wore away & the inside got tangled. This one seems to be good value for money & having the head pillow is also useful.
