I have to order these for my husband who walks on concrete all day, every day. His feet normally hurt SO much. He asks me to order these for him so he can get through the day. As soon as they're worn out, I buy more. Great product for his pain relief and they support his weight well.

I like this is made in a 3/4 length fit well in my shoes , i found the full length did not allow room for my toes with the original insert sole not removed . some shoes you can not remove sole insert keep this in mind while purchasing . I also would not use the inserts you cut away to fit your size shoe , i found these to be poor quality and trouble some . Spend a little more its worth it for your feet.

I’ve had this pair of 340s for 20 yrs to the month, they’ve been in 21 pairs of work boots, I noticed they stayed to separate at plastic support so I ordered a new pair, being I repair for a living I pulled the 3 pieces gave them a dawn scrub, contact cement them back together, when my new pair arrived I compared the foam with calipers by then glue was hard 24hrs later, .002 less then out of box ! Unbelievable the other parts stayed in place even the heal had no wear 20 yrs ! I put an old one in left new in right no difference. So anyone that wants to think about price,Don’t I’m floating on air for 20 yrs

Bought for use as a lateral wedge insert for Supination. It provides good support, but not sure whether it is better than a true custom orthotic for this issue. It costs a whole lot less though!!!!!!!!

Definitely helped my poor aching feet at work!

I used the wet foot on paper bag way of figuring out my custom fit number (described at the Dr. Scholl's website) and came up with 340. I later used the Dr. Scholl's kiosk in a CVS drug store and got the same number. I ordered the 340 using Amazon. RIte Aid shipped a 330 by mistake and since it was not a returnable item Amazon gave me a full refund. Dr. Scholl's got their money back, though, because I bought a 340 at the CVS store. It turned out to be a great investment - it's very comfortable to walk using these inserts. And a lot less expensive than the podiatrist ordered custom fit orthotics which run in the hundreds of dollars. The difference betwen the 330 and 340 seems to be the length is a little longer and the arch a little higher on the 340. So there is a real difference.

These work great as I am a big guy with high arches and once I put them in my shoes it reminds most of my foot pain.I will continue to use these

Very happy with these. Had arch (plantar fasciitis) pain and needed something that worked quick. These worked. They eliminated the pain in a matter of days. I know there are more expensive inserts out there -- and I've tried several. These work just as well in my view.
