No it does not have an alarm. The watch also did not keep time.

Would this watch fit an adult or is it sized for a child?

It is way too big for my 5 year old's wrist. I had to put an extra hole. It couldn't fit an average sized adults wrist.

Broken item and return costs more than purchase.

The mode button didn’t work so unable to set the correct time. Wanted to return but given it was shipped from Indianapolis the postage costs more than h the e refund. See others have also had this problem so would avoid this product.
