Great pedal as long as you don't stack.
I've had this product for a few months now. Really nice pedal on its own. It's most definitely a higher gain/overdrive box. I always stack pedals for higher gain sounds but this pedal doesn't seem to play well with others, just too compressed muddy and un-dynamic...but....it does great by itself. Enough gain and squishiness to feel good solo. Definitely a vintage hot rodded Marshall in a box sound(bonamassa lead) Not super bright. so-so cleans up with volume. Doesnt do the alt rock Coldplay thing at all. Definitely check it for big lead and rhythm sounds. Well made, super bright red LED.
