Ok, but not the measurements I was expecting,

Really poorly fitting. Says for tent poles of 8.5mm and above but it's way too big for my 10mm diameter tent pole. Misleading product

Lightweight repair sleeves which are handy to have around your older tents with more fragile poles.

These splints will not work on poles with a diameter of 7.9-8.5mm as claimed. I bought these for the poles on my Hillieberg Soulo and Terra Nova Quasar tents. The splints were too narrow for the poles to fit into. Having tried the splints on my tent poles, I measured them using a digital caliper. The poles have an external diameter of 8.37mm. The internal diameter of the splint tubes is 7.63mm. Therefore the splints can't be used on these poles.I couldn't be bothered returning them and instead, went to the local DIY shop (Wickes) and bought some steel tube of the right diameter and cut them to size. My homemade splints worked out to be cheaper and stronger - and they fit!
