Taste delicious
Love the history of the chocolate. If you didn't know? Scho-ka-kola is a distinctive German chocolate that expertly blends dark chocolate with guarana, providing a delightful energy boost. Its rich, bittersweet flavor is enhanced by a satisfying crunch from added nuts. Not only is it delicious, but itโs also functional, making it perfect for a quick pick-me-up. The nostalgic packaging adds to its charm, making it a memorable treat for chocolate lovers and those looking for an extra kick. Overall, it tastes fantastic!

Very good boost
This has been around for a very long time , its history is interesting . The flavor is outstanding , and the energy boost helps , when you start dragging . You need to be carefull , as you may be tempted to eat a lot of it all at once , but when the caffine kicks in , just need to be mindfull . I wouldnt eat more than four in one sitting .

Delicious! --> but don't feed it to your kids hahaha
Oh wow... I'm eating this as I write... first bite and everything. This chocolate is fantastic! The texture is spot on -- the dark chocolate snaps in your mouth which means it's been tempered perfectly. As I chew and the chocolate begins to melt the rich flavors really begin to shine. This is a full-bodied, bittersweet cocoa with a slightly roasted taste (which definitely comes from the coffee) and a something else that tastes familiar... maybe that's the Kola nut? Whatever it is, those flavors together make a hecking good chocolate! This is easily one of the best chocolates I've tasted. I'm a Chef and Sommelier, so food and drink are my life and livelihood >>> trust, this is great stuff!I really like the packaging, too. Nice vintage look, but also super convenient. The metal tin keeps the chocolate safe, and doesn't disintegrate when bounced around in my pocketbook. Oh wait... here comes the caffeine kick... wow! That's an excellent little perk!Cons: yeah, Scho-ka-kola has a history to it, which makes eating this brand a bit eerie. Read the story of this brand before buying and make your own informed decision. I actually struggled with it for a bit, but finally made a choice I feel ok with.I say buy the chocolate for chocolates sake and enjoy a great quality ADULT candy.

Rich cocoa flavor, not excessively sugary, but coffee flavoring leaves bitter aftertaste.
As a veteran & military history enthusiast I always wanted to try this brand of chocolate, since it was a popular frontline military snack in WW2 Europe. Overall, this is a great tasting snack - rich cocoa flavor & not excessively sweet (unlike most popular American chocolate candies). The coffee was added for flavor & as a pick-me-up for exhausted troops. While the coffee flavor is an interesting addition, I find that it leaves more of the bitter/slightly sour aftertaste rather than the fragrance of the coffee.Given the high price of this candy, I don't see myself purchasing this on a regular basis. However, it was totally worth a try, it tastes great, & I'm glad I bought it.

Kept me going through my invasion of Poland and France.
The taste of this chocolate.. well it tastes like typical cheap/low quality dark chocolate. Nothing really special, the caffeine is barely noticeable and you'll get way more energy from a cup of coffee. That said, if you need to blitzkrieg through Poland.. this will give you the energy, so much energy that you'll go ahead and visit France too and maybe even Russia. Now this chocolate likely freezes in Russian winter so I highly suggest just sticking with France and being happy with what you have.
