Nature’s Way Alive! Stress Less Vitamin Supplement, Ashwagandha, Vitamins C, D, B5, B6, 40 Softgels

I am extremely disappointed. I take care of my 3 year old grandson and there are times where my energy drops I was hoping taking this would help me not feel so tired. It didn't help at all. Energy drinks work but are not good for you so I was hoping to find an alternative. They are a little big making it a little difficult to swallow, have no flavor.

The only one thing wrong in the ingredients is caramel color , it is a carcinogenic product. FDA ruled it needs to be banned

The label had me a little confused for the first week I took this supplement. Instead of reading the directions, I read the nutrition and serving size chart, which stated one capsule. I figured this meant that 1 capsule was a complete day's serving. I didn't really notice an improvement in my energy levels, at least nothing to write home about. I suffer from fatigue and depend on a B complex everyday, which is what this is plus a little extra. Anyway, I assumed these worked the best until I read the whole box and realized that you are supposed to take one capsule twice A-day. I think that was a little misleading. My bad for not reading the entire box, though. I began to take 2 capsules and did notice and energy increase after that.This bottle comes with 40 capsules, giving you a total of 20 days worth if you take the entire 2 capsules each day. I appreciate in that they added a blend of veggies and herbs to these as well to give you a little extra little boost. I would say this is a decent supplement. I feel like I have received better results with other supplements of this nature but this one is adequate.

I was hoping this would replace my D3 and B supplement vitamins I take daily. When I don't take them, I have no energy and am in pain all day due to a neck injury. When I take them regularly, I have a lot of energy and feel great. But the B pill is huge and hard to swallow. Plus it gives me heartburn.I tried to take Alive for two weeks and had to go back. They are horse capsules, you have to take 2 a day to get the full days supply of vitamins and not at the same time. I can barely remember to take it once a day, let alone twice. And for two huge pills, I get less than I get from my one huge pill and one tiny pill. Maybe they work better if you are the type that remembers to take pills, so I will give them 3 stars.

I've read some positive things about the benefits of the Rhodiola plant on increasing physical energy and thought I'd give this Nature's Way Alive supplement a try. I also appreciate that this supplement contains vitamin B complex as my diet is not always as ideal as I'd like. I feel it would be premature to comment on the effectiveness of Alive at this early stage as noticing a marked increase in my energy level may take more time. However, I'm enjoying the the fact that I'm turning to a holistic and natural way of trying to feel my best. Please note that this supplement is not a substitute to your daily multi vitamin but should be taken in addition to it. I have a difficult time with most supplements other than the gummie type but I can say that I had no stomach upset with the Nature's Way Alive. That being said, I do find the Alive softgels rather large and difficult to swallow. I've included a photo where you can see the size of the softgel measured. I like the fact of taking only the prescribed one a day but feel that two smaller softgel capsules may have been a better route for Nature Way to go. I have been using the Nature's Way Alive brand for over a dozen years with solid and satisfactory results. But this is the first time for me to try the "Fatigue Fighter" blend of vitamins. For starters, and as usual, there are no artificial colors or flavors. There is a nice blend of vitamins and minerals with components of fruit and essential oils.I take one before my meal in the morning and the second one before my meal in the evening. I find that with consistent usage, my energy level stays even throughout the day. No need for a mid day nap. Also my mind feels sharper, even in stressful situations. So I am able to get more done in my day with less effort. Overall I am very pleased with the results and quality of this supplement.
