At first the e-file worked perfectly, the drill bits mounted and were secured easily but after 2 changes, it was no longer operating properly. The drill bits would be loose and almost fly off, while I tried my best to secure it, it wouldn't stay put and easily came off.The on/off dial stopped working properly too. I had to turn the dial all the way to on and then back down to the almost off position before it started working.

This file is well built, good quality and great to use. Comes with a few different attachments and a case for them, a regulator, has instructions with it. It is easy to use and nice to handle! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a nice starter electril nail file, with a lot of different options and functions.

After reading the reviews, I was positive I was going to receive a decent product for beginners. I just received it and there was dust inside as if someone else had tried it and returned the unit. Not only that, the on and off mechanism is broken. The wheel that you turn up and down doesn't properly turn it off. It goes off and then when you try to turn it on, it turns on at full speed and won't turn down until you unplug it.I tried using the mandrel bit with the sanding bands and the sanding bands just keep slipping off no matter how lightly I use the file.Do not recommend this item; I'll be returning it.

I use the product for personal use and it is okay for the price. Easy to use

This is easy to use for quick, small uses. Not so much for removing acrylic nails however as 1- the motor overheats and shuts off quite quickly ( it works again after cooling) and 2- the attachments don’t always stay locked in position for long so have to keep locking them back in place. All in all it works but not for bigger jobs. You get what you pay for really.

Comes quickly. This is a Christmas Present for my daughter, but I had a sneek peak first. This is great pack with many nail tools that I know she will get a lot of use out of. You can set the speed and also the direction of the tool which helps with using in and on either hand or foot. For the price I paid I was not sure what to expect but I have been very pleasantly surprised and very happy as I know my daughter will be. This is definitely a good investment for someone who likes to do their nails at home.

An ok electric file, don’t expect too much from it though, don’t get me wrong it does the job but the electrical cord for it is way to short, it makes it really really hard to use and get it into a ergonomic position that is comfortable, the body of the drill is really bulky and it doesn’t have changeable direction setting which can be frustrating, overall its ok but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, there are better drills out there for around the same price.

Good product easy to use especially the changing of the different heads, very powerful considering the size of the product. Had to move the button lower so that it did not feel so harsh. When i turned this on it seemed to be on the high speed level so had to remember to adjust the speed with the easy to use roller button as i did feel the higher spspeed was a bit to hard on my nails. The instructionsare extremely basic and without looking at the product description on here i would not have known what tool head did what.
