Good product, poorly chosen name
I think if you took the "hot" part out of the name, this product would be better received. Nothing about this product gets hot, heats up, offers any sort of warming sensation, etc. It is a very standard cooling, tingly, fresh feeling menthol 10% and methyl salicylate 15% kind of product.I have a lot of aches and pains, including arthritis in my knees, hands, elbows, and shoulders. My personal go-to is to slather those areas in this cream--a good value for a lot of tubes of this stuff--and apply compression sleeves and gloves to the knees, elbows, and hands. It works for me, and I think this is a fine product if you just brace yourself for the fact that nothing about it is "hot".

Great product
I have chronic pain and nothing seems to help except this product. The only downside is you need to wash your hands extremely well after apply because it will burn your eyes if you touch them. I generally apply product wearing vinyl gloves to avoid this and there’s no issue. When I use the cream the pain is not as great and it’s much better than taking pills that destroys my liver. It truly is a fantastic product.

quantity is wrong
The product works well. Have had no problem with getting the 6 tubes until the last scheduled delivery when I got only 1tube. Brought it to customer service attention and received 4 more tubes in the mail. Someone needs to learn to count, I think.

Wonder if I need to add hot sauce in my pantry?
Worthless, menthol maybe make it smell good but that’s as far as doing what is on label “Hot”I have really painful arthritis in left knee.When buying at Walgreens if proformed as advertised on label. Unfortunately they don’t sell it anymore.OTC pain medicine works but long term, not good for kidneys.Was hoping to advoid knee replacement since live in 2 story house, we have 4 years left on mortgage, both cars paid off!I realize our financial status has little to no value to reviewJust so disappointed and frustrated!I’M happy for the ones or relatives it worked for but have sympathy for the ones it didn't😢
