Based on clinical reviews, there is a good amount of informaiton on the benefits of Vitamin C & Zinc to help boost the immune system, so we believe there is a benefit to help minimize cold symptoms and potentially stop a cold from fully coming on. Have been using this all flu season, with a major outbreak in my church as well as having to stay with a relative in the hospital for extended times. It has kept me well through these times. Gives me a little boost of energy. The zinc doesn't bother me at all. Tastes pretty good for what it is. Be careful that you don't take another D supplement whenever you take these.

We take in flu season as supplement or to lesson symptoms of sniffles. Doesn't dissolve readily and needs a stir but flavor is Ok
