This is the most effective fiber product I have ever used.

I wanted a product that I could take on the road with me as I travel a lot and didn't want to deal with powders and mixes. This stuff is GREAT! I take 4 a day with two large glasses of water. Sometimes when traveling for long periods of time, I will use it twice a day just to ensure I stay regular. Very gentle on your system as long as you drink enough water.

I got these because my first choice "Yerba Prima Daily Fiber" became an add-on item which made it more tricky to buy.Honestly I can't really tell the difference between the two, they both seem to help to keep things ticking and have the exact same amount of insoluble fiber which is where the real magic lies...

I have used Colon Care every day for the many years. It is one of the best products that I've ever used and I highly recommended it. It is not a laxative. The capsules are very easy to swallow, and it makes your body clean out gently.

I think it's helping because of the ingredients but I haven't seen much of a difference when I don't take it.
