I have not used the new batch yet but have been using this product for years. I assume it is helping me but there is no real way to measure that. The product was packed well but not delivered to the location I have requested from Amazon.

Encantada con este colageno, a la semana sentí el cambio en mi pelo, piel y uñas. Lo único malo es la cantidad de pastilla que hay que tomar y que son grande.

Works

I like these because they mainly help with keeping my joints loose and working smoothly. That is the main reason I bought. I am reaping benefits as far as hair and nail growth. Also makes my nails a little bit stronger. I've got one that keeps splitting, so I've got to see how I'm going to handle that. As far as a difference in my skin, I don't see any difference in that. I am almost 50. I have a few lines on my forehead, but that's it. Not sure if that's related to the collagen or not. I've been taking this particular collagen for at least 6 years. It is the only brand that has the largest serving of collagen available (that I have found). I did stop taking them for about 6 months and tried another brand. It didn't perform well for my joints. And I realized-the dosage amount was half of what YouTheory's is, so I knew that 6000mg was what I needed. Came back to YouTheory. I really don't like the tablets. I still don't after all these years. I prefer capsules. I'm hoping one day that YouTheory will be able to develop a capsule form of this one day. I will still continue to take them though.
