Mostly just crushed up Roudybush, and hardens quickly unless you add more water than the recipe calls for.

Birds eat things that look appealing- this does Not.
My Green Cheek Conure won't touch this. And to be honest I don't blame him...it does look like vomit once cooked up. Yuck!

I have fed my Conure and 4 LINNIES THIS PRODUCT.The conur was raised eating a variety of food and accepted this readily. The Linnies were breeders and not exposed to anything but seeds so wanted to introduce them to vegetables and healthier diet. two have accepted this and our eating a greater variety two have not. But I have not been able to get the Linnies to accept pellets. This is quick to fix and understand can be a complete diet alternative to seeds. 17 oz does last a long time. I was told to feed about the amount as the size of the birds head (I had no idea how much to give them)
