Ok except weak magnet
Looks great, sticks well to my mirror. However, the magnetic power isn't that great. There is no way that it can hold everything pictured. Mine holds tweezers, and a couple small barrettes and bobby pins. Some fingernail clippers and manicure scissors might stay on it, but even if they do they tend to slooooowly slide off. Toenail clippers slide off immediately.

Great for messy wives!
Got this for my wife who, in my mind, walks around the house sprinkling bobby-pins on various floors and surfaces like so much breadcrumbs. I stuck this on the bathroom mirror and it works great, just as you'd expect it to work. It can even hold up certain plastic hair-clips if they have a metal spring and you stick them on there just right. Glue seems sturdy enough so far.

Good for bathroom organization
It seems like there isn't a continuous magnet through the entire board. Or it's stronger in some places - my bobby pins will attach anywhere but my nail clippers only attract to certain spots. Adhesive patch to attach was very strong and it hasn't fallen off the wall where I hung it in the bathroom.

Buy this; I've done the research so you don't have to.
As usual, I spent several days doing research on the best buy for this sort of thing. This was easy to install and has been holding its own in my bathroom for quite a while now. It spend its days filled with bobby pins, tweezers, small scissors and a blackhead extractor Despite having a fan in my bathroom, I was worried that the humidity might make it slip off the wall, but it hasn't so far.

If you want it to hold more than a bobby pin save your money. The wife's tweezers stay on but barely and the fingernail clipper will fall off with the slightest bump

It's Okay.
It's okay, but I don't "trust" it to hold anything even slightly heavy. I had my husband hang it inside a cabinet door, instead of inside a drawer.
