update, let me be clear I loved every thing about this phone, it broke my heart to have to return it, the company is making it right and say they can set the APN to work with straight talk, but I have recently bought another phone. the POPTEL has everything and I would have kept it but I didn't know how to set up the APN and straight talk was no help. I just received an e-mail from POPTEL wanting to help but I have already returned and replaced the phone.

There is no zero or negative number to give. I have bought this phone based on it's review. The phone has a bad sound system when you speak through the speaker. By the way this is my second review for this phone, after I wrote my first review which I deleted because the company was trying to ship me a new phone, but I decided to return it a because I find out it is not completely compatible with T-MOBILE, and amazing charged me 70$ because of late decision.

This phone is a piece of sh*t point blank. Either never lose their aux adapter of don't ever use headphones cause it won't fit. Battery life is great but that's it. Phone fell not even a foot and now it won't work. Suppose to be a "rugged" phone but can't take a slight bump. Outter case is coming off, gorilla glass SHATTERED, finger print sucks so does face recogniztion, if it wasn't for the battery then this phone would be no better than yelling at someone across town.

Love the phone. The screen protector broke within 3 days of having it. But there than that the phone performs very well and is very sturdy.

This was a gift for a military man. He was exuberant over the gift.

Well, I bought it in August 2019. The phone is amazing and the performance was never disappointing. I had an issue with part of the screen not working right. All in all the seller was willing to send a replacement, there is a 12 month warranty, but, Amazon prevented that. I did return the item and get a full refund from Amazon at Amazon's discretion but, I'd rather have the phone. All in all the seller was willing to do what was necessary but, while Amazon seller support told the seller one thing Amazon customer service said the opposite. Amazon failed both me and the seller. The phone is awesome!

Used daily talk, text and internet. Was not happy with charger port, poorly secured in the device.Screen cracked right down center.

Ive had this phone for about a month and I love it. Today I dropped it for the first time it fell about 2 feet onto carpet and now it will not charge. I bought this phone thinking it will last a long time and atleast a couple drlps, but no. Everything else about the phone great I'm just sad it could even survive a 2 foot drop.
