You are kindly reminded that your computer won't recognize the actual SSD's brand with this NVME to USB Adapter, so for Samsung SSD that you couldn't use the Samsung disk cloning software. The enclosure might be a little hot while working because of it is conducting heat from NVME SSD, it’s normal and safe.

Great but rattles...

Really not much to say. It uses the same controller that every other NVMe to USB adapter does. I installed a 512GB Inland Professional NVMe SSD which is just a rebranded Phison E12. It works well and the speed is great.Only complaint is in the build quality. The other enclosure that I bought (conventional enclosure with removable cable) just feels better in the hand weight wise and doesn't make any noise, where as this retractable USB enclosure rattles when moved. I feel like if the SSD+controller board were sandwiched in a rail instead of not really being secured down, that it would mitigate the issue.

Dosent fit in my computer

its too wide for my computer, blocked by the wifi antenna. otherwise, its as fast as advertised, but needs cooling.
