I got this free from an Internet promotion. I would give high marks for nutrition, but honestly wondering how anyone could rate this highly based on taste/texture/smell - yuck!It has a distinctive "earthy/vitamin-y" odor that was off-putting & didn't go away when blended into my smoothie.There really isn't a flavor, per se, but I found it dulled the normally bright flavors of the fresh fruits & berries I put in my smoothies.The package promised "creamy" but what I got was what can only be described as scratchy/grainy/mealy texture. Like finely powdered sawdust. As a powder, it felt soft. But no matter how finely you pulverize sawdust, it will still feel like sawdust when you add it to liquids and try to swallow.Pretty bummed as I've been searching for a quality source of low-carb complete protein for smoothies and soups which doesn't include artificial sweeteners. Guess I'll keep looking.

This stuff is great. Not sure if 100% paleo approved, but is pretty darn close and is a great alternative to others.

Exactly what we were looking for. A dairy free, tasteless "protein" powder that fills you up and thickens fruit smoothies. Gives us control over the flavor we want our smoothies to have.
