Herba Organica Goat’s Rue Herb - Galega Officinalis L - Herbal Tea (100g)

I bought this because metformin is derived from Goat's Rue, and hoping I could use this as tea to manage my blood sugar without the medication. It was completely ineffective. I ended up using benfotiamine and allulose sweetener in my drinks, which has been effective (along with cutting sugar and carbs from my diet).
