Tastes great. I felt the difference in my sugar levels. The quality is absolutely outstanding. My uncle produces his own but in another country and only for his own family. This is like from heaven... but quite expensive.

I used to use a different product and was given this as a substitute when other product was out of stock. I liked it so much I changed my subscription and now use this as an everyday substitute for sugar.

However what follows is personal to me and may help others.Xylitol, Birch based Finnish xylitol to be precise is what I have always purchased either here in the UK or in Spain. I first discovered this product round about May 2014 and my files tell me this was for dental work.My teeth have been poor from the very beginning.Anyway I read somewhere in my files that xylitol has specific properties that allow the bacteria Streptococcus mutans to be washed from the mouth, gums and teeth, more correctly the soft tissue/ soft internal tissue. S. mutans will always come back but the xylitol will inhibit or reduce its growth. Bacteria in the mouth can lead to a runaway dental health problems. Its a continuous process of taking a level teaspoon, perhaps 3x/4x times day. A daily routine. It helps but it doesn’t completely remove the need for professional dental hygienic interventions, but then thats life. Finally, relearn how to brush your teeth.But I now want to say more about the benefits for men. And those diagnosed with BHP or Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.I have had this condition since 2015. I can’t find dates earlier than this. Xylitol, because it eventually passes to the bladder and then the urethra, allows for the urethra to be lined with the same properties as seen in the mouth so that a constricted bladder now has a lubricated passage to remove urine from the bladder. This means that infections such as UTI have less chance of giving you all the associated problems with passing urine. I still have to palpate my solar plexus/ bladder at times but at least I am not having surgery and I am also not taking any prescription drugs. Secondly, try really hard to drink more water - a little bit and often not only to keep yourself hydrated but also to flush away s. mutans from your mouth. A dry mouth is a perfect environment for the replication of the bacteria.I have no complications with taking xylitol, more importantly it is not a drug but a food and requires no special cautions to be observed. However, a disturbed gut may result from over indulgence in the use of xylitol. You will will have good days and bad but you will ultimately have more of those better days. I was a bit sceptical to try this product. After speaking to a friend at work I thought I'd give it a whirl. I have been thinking about reducing my sugar intake for a while and this product seemed to fit the bill. The product states that it contains 40% less calories than the equivalent in sugar. Definitely a plus point for me. The most important thing however is obviously the taste. I would say it's really good. Initially (I think more psychologically) I did miss the real thing but I have got used to the Xylitol and don't miss sugar at all. I've used it in baking and in my tea and coffee and thankfully my food and drink still taste really good. The one negative for me is the price. All in all great product but wish it was slightly cheaper.

40% less calories than sugar and it has a low glycemic index value (so your insulin levels don't sky rocket). It tastes just like sugar which is why it is a game changer for me as I can't stand the taste of Truvia or Stevia. Fair price too.

Appears just as regular granulated sugar but obviously much more healthy option.Dissolves well.Also works well in baking.I cannot detect a 'bitter' after taste, but others in my family can.I use in coffee and baking.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, uno dei migliori che ho acquistato, ottima alternativa allo zucchero, secondo me è leggermente più dolce e ne uso meno nel tè e nel caffè senza alterare il gusto, con questo xilitolo di betulla finlandese non ho avuto nessun problema intestinale.Consigliatissimo.

Lo uso per i dolci, è ottimo, non altera il sapore ne serve anche meno dello zucchero normale (per 125gr. di zucchero classico io ne utilizzo circa 90 di xilitolo) e contiene il 40% di calorie in meno. Non è convenientissimo ma è un prodotto puro e tramite una mia ricerca ho scoperto che l'indice glicemico dello xilitolo è pari a 7, mentre quello dello zucchero raffinato è di 60-70.Tra i batteri responsabili della placca troviamo lo Streptococcus mutans che non può utilizzare lo xilitolo. Quindi sostituire lo zucchero con lo xilitolo potrebbe aiutare a tenere a bada questo batterio. però attenzione perc hè è tossico per i cani.Spedizione amazon perfetta lo ricomprerò e spero in qualche riduzione di prezzo.

Hola!He probado diversas marcas de xylitol (me gusta más que el sorbitol) y con todas he quedado conforme. Me decidí a probar ésta (viene granulado como el azúcar de mesa), porque estaba a un gran precio y no me ha decepcionado. Volvería a repetir.Un saludo,
