Perfect fit
I had to order another pair of these because they fit great and were so comfy!! I'm 5'3", 130 lbs pre-pregnancy, and ordered a size small. Around 23 weeks pregnant I ordered these and I am now 32 weeks and they still fit pretty well. I am currently around 158 lbs and I think I could probably fit in a medium now with my belly being quite a bit bigger than when I first ordered them. The belly band was too big at 23 weeks and now it's getting a little snug. They are still so comfy and I wear them often.

Go for the larger size
Pre-pregnancy I was a size medium in shorts. I was gifted a medium in these shorts around week 21 and they fit perfectly around the waist, WITHOUT tightening the band. The booty area is a bit tight, but for around the house it’s not bad. I exchanged for a large, so I would be able to fit the band around my growing belly for a longer time. I am 26 weeks now and the large fits to where I can tighten the band a little and be comfortable. So I have a little bit of growing room. The booty area is still a bit tight, but much looser than the mediums were.Great buy for shorts with the belly panel support. Highly recommend!

Decent
These shorts are decently comfortable for casual wear. I would not recommend for working out, as they’re cotton and not a slick material. There seems to be extra material in the crotch/lower belly area, which bunches up.My biggest complaint is the belly band. The tag is on the Inside of the band, and is incredibly itchy. It’s impossible to completely remove it without cutting the seam. Also, the fabric of the entire band irritates my belly and I haven’t had that issue with any other maternity pants.

If these are all you can find, they’re good enough - run very small
I really do like these shorts considering there are very few options available on the market. These were the only ones I found on amazon that were prime, so I can’t complain too much. I was looking for actual running shorts, and these are not that but I knew that when I ordered. I was happy just to find over the belly non-denim maternity shorts. They are a very comfy fabric. The belly band is big but has some weird elastic that twists sometimes and a button. Not my favorite but not a deal breaker for me. The big tag in the band was annoying too so I cut it out and sewed back up the hole it left.I honestly can’t remember what size I got now.. but they are TIGHT. The belly band is plenty big to last me through my pregnancy. But those legs! Jeez. I have tiny legs and no butt so they work alright, but they are TIGHT. Absolutely no wiggle room in the thighs and the butt goes straight down with no room at all. They do make my legs look small (well, accentuate that they are small), but it’s not exactly flattering either. They look a bit funny. I could have sized up 2 sizes. I would normally order a small without thinking on any pair of comfortable shorts. I’m not sure if I got a small or medium in these, but that would put me at a large or XL. I’m 5’5 and 129 pre-pregnancy so that should say something about the sizing on these. They are fine for working out. They don’t soak up sweat, but honestly that doesn’t bother me really. It’s whatever. It works for what I do. I wear these around the house only for cleaning, workout out, laying around. They do the trick for what I need but they aren’t the best shorts I’ve ever bought.

Ordered a second pair
I almost returned them, they were unflattering tight across the backside, but not physically tight. Not having anything else to wear or the option of a larger size, I kept them.. they seemTo stretch slightly as you wear them, I actually ended up ordering a second pair. Previous pregnancy size was a 16. Pants

Longish but so comfortable
I hated these shorts when I originally got them because they were sooo long. I'm 27 and I just prefer shorter shorts, no mid thigh length for me. But I will say that I love the adjustable waist and these shorts have shrunk at least a little since I bought them because they are now an acceptable shorter length lol. I'm currently 24 weeks and I could live in these things - actually just ordered another pair.

Itchy horribly placed tag
I really wanted to like these shorts. They are soft and comfortable BUT the tags and size adjusting button are right on your belly, not near your butt of lower back… no - right on your stomach. Idk about you, my this belly is already itchy enough. I couldn’t make it through the first day in them so I took to the scissors to get rid of the tag. Got real close to the seam and but still it was itchy. So I cut into the seem to completely get rid of the tag and of course it made a hole. At least now I can wear them, even though there is a hole - it can be covered by the shirt. The button with elastic May be getting the scissors next. Horrible design placement.

Comfy fit. Band keeps it’s shape and doesn’t roll down.
I had ordered these once before and loved them. My first pair didn’t have the adjustable button that a lot of users had mentioned, but I just assumed it was a manufacturer defect, but kept them because they looked and fit great. I liked them so much, I ordered a second pair of the exact same style. I even clicked the option to “order again” from my amazon orders. The second pair that came in actually included the adjustable button, so I’m not sure if the first pair was just missing it, or if they have two different styles that are sold under the same style number. That’s why I’m rating them 4 stars because of the lack of consistency. The legs of the second pair fit a little tighter, but are still comfy and flattering. The style is perfect for lounging around the house. They do have actual front pockets, so I’ve worn them out as a causal style with t-shirts or tanks. The belly band is full coverage and I have not had any issues with it stretching out with wear, or rolling down, thus far. I am currently 23 weeks along. I wore a small/medium depending on brand before pregnancy, and went with the mediums for this style. The weight listed is my current pregnancy weight.
