It’s SHIT
I brought this as a Christmas present. When I looked at the reviews they had really good ones this was before Christmas. Open up the box. He tired to sync the xy to the app and it says the xy is already claimed. I will be returning this. DONT BUY. There is no help to get it sorted as well. Look at their Facebook page.

Not Working
Purchased as a Xmas gift for my son. Could not get it to work. Probably needs a new battery despite Company claiming 5 year battery life. If after replacing battery it does not work I will be returning item

Rubbish. Totally rubbish.
Fluctuates between "near", "far" and "very near" when all of 30cm from the device. Range seems very poor. Couldn't get the thing to sync until the fifth attempt. The main issue though? The device is supposed to beep when you click the Find It button on the app so you can, you know, find it. It doesn't. It also beeps randomly every ten minutes or so. Totally useless. Do not buy.

DO NOT BUY!! Not even worth 1 star!Purchased to keep track of mother's handbag & purse as she suffers from dementia. Set up using iPhone, iPad and Samsung phone. Performance was initially intermittent, at best. Not loud, range inconsistent and eventually failed to respond even when phone and device located close together. Support website and guidance also a waste of time as troubleshooting response said problem could be a low-battery so nowhere near the claimed 5-Year Battery life as XY 4+ was returned within 2 weeks of purchase and refund requested!
