Great scooter
It was packed well . Easy to set up.Way faster than I thought it would be- it's insane! I Had to get a helmet and pads before I attempted to ride it again because I can't ride it slow- I bought it to go fast! I didn't know anything about these hyper scooters till I saw a guy keeping up with traffic on a road where the cars do 35- 40 mph on average. I couldn't believe it, then I realized scooters aren't all equal and only do 20- 28 mph like I thought. I had to get one that was fast- like the guy I saw had. I looked at a lot of different popular brands thinking that was safer, nobody wants to get stuck with something that's not worth what they spent. So after looking my options were limited. Definitely wanted dual motor but the volts were limited for what I was willing to pay for the established brandnames. I kept seeing ones that had 3000 volts per motor and that seemed like it would be plenty fast but it was for lesser known brands and I was a bit worried to commit. This scooter had all the decent components and hardware the others did but for a few hundred less. There wasn't a ton of reviews but the ones it did were good and I liked the way it looked with the dual headlights, a sweet looking suspension and the fact that it was water tight or weather resistant as well as the top models from more expensive brands and how cool it looked when it's all lit up in the dark- I decided to go for it and hope I made a good decision. It took about 9 or 10 days to get it and I figured the Xtra wait is worth the money I saved by going with this scooter. It was packed very well and was simple to do the few things needed to get it ready to go. Even though the batteries need to be charged for around 6 hours they came with a decent amount of charge allready.Took it for a spin and I was not even close to prepared for how fast this was and I was only in mode 2, both motors and the high output button engaged. Words cannot explain how fast it is off the line and fully through the entire time you have the trigger pulled and I wasn't doing full throttle. My ball cap that I had on backwards and I thought was tight kept flying off even after cinching it down to where it was almost too tight to put on. Should I have been wearing a helmet and probly some eye protection? YES, after realizing how fast it is and what 50 feels like on a scooter plus my eyes all teared up from either the wind or tears of joy- I'm not sure but eye protection would have helped. Even in dual drive hyper mode you can be doing like 20 mph and hit the throttle and spin both tires on clean asphalt! This thing is a beast! Mode 3 though? Simply put- is insane! I put it up for the night , went inside and immediately bought a good helmet, elbow pads and knee pads. Wrist guards came with the package deal and not a bad idea anyway. My girlfriend just broke her wrist and doesn't seem fun. Using safety glasses for now but good goggles is the way to go. I didn't feel unsafe when I got up to higher speeds but it seemed a little squirrelly and the last thing anyone wants is to get the speed wobbles and eat sh't going that fast. Just to play it safe I feel it needs a steering damper so that won't even be an issue at all. 50-55 on a scooter is no joke! So my only 2 issues on this scooter would be the damper for 1 I thing any scooter that can go 45-50 plus should either come with one or be offered. The 2nd would be the way the 2 headlights are fastened to the front vertical steering collum, the headlights mount on a round horizontal bar which is fastened to the collum (which is also round) with I threaded bolt that threads into the collum that is tapped with threads. You need to tighten that bolt so tight just to keep the headlights crossbar from not moving. I can't go any tighter without stripping the tapped threads in the collum. 2 round surfaces just don't make a good mounting point. The crossbar could use a slight bend or divit or something to make the lock into position somehow. I know riding off-road has to rattle that around and it's bound to come loose or eventually strip some threads. An easy fix I would think. It's by no means a deal breaker at all. If I had to do it again, I would by this scooter again. Very, very, happy. If your on the fence about this one, go ahead and hop off, get yourself this scooter and hop on. Don't see how anyone could be dissapointed. 5 stars all the way. Man it's fast!- I like that part about it most.

FAST. SO fast. Did I mention fast?
So far, I am nothing short of astonished by this "scooter".Way, WAY more than I expected in terms of build quality and features, let alone the extreme performance. This thing is amazingly fun.The suspension is like something from the not-too-distant future and is NOTHING like the other small scooter I have ridden. Glides right over rough terrain. At full torque, the skute will almost take off from underneath you if you aren't ready for the LAUNCH! You really have to lean into it to stay aboard. You will not be let down by this "bike".UPDATE:Almost 500 miles into this scooter and it's holding up like a champ!Everything it claims to be.Urban commuting powerhouse.

Horrible purchase
Horrible product and even more of a horrible customer service experience when it came out the box everything seemed fine but the first time I road it it had a horrible wobble in the back tire thought it was just new and would fix itself after a few rides nope got worse and worse and worse I contacted customer support and they let me no I would have to ship back the scooter out of my own pocket that added up to almost 600$ to ship it back and that Amazon would refund the shipping cost but who has a extra 600$ for shipping laying around in the hopes you would get it back so after almost a month of back and forth with them they agreed to a partial refund of 600$ thinking I had a scooter shop up the road that said the could fix it for a good price well when I finally took it to the shop they said it would cost me almost 1000$ to fix it I just said screw it and have just been driving around a half broken scooter so moral of the story save your money and if you buy a scooter buy it through Amazon, not a third-party seller

Pros and Cons for this scooter
READ THIS IF YOU’RE UNDECIDED ABOUT WHICH SCOOTER TO BUY!!! Here was my pros and cons✅PROS--affordable-goes way faster then 50 because I’m 250lbs and got up to 52 and it was still flying up in speed but I slowed down, it can go way faster.-looks really cool in person and I get nothing but compliments and people taking photos of my scooter-battery life is amazingly long❌CONS--unfortunately higher speeds especially very high speeds I get the “death wobble” meaning whole scooter get very wobbly especially standing and feels like you’re gonna wipe out, even with a steering damper but if Im being honest I may not have tightened everything properly yet lol.-brakes are VERY touchy, whole scooter feels like it’s getting thrown foward when stopping, if I had to stop fast due to a car in front of me I would probably wipe out in a heartbeat but I am smart about riding so I don’t have that problem, I hardly ever go super fast⚠️⚠️⚠️ lastly I wanted to mention if you plan to leave seat on, I suggest installing it on the middle screws and not the back set

Very heavy but a well designed scooter. Fast!
We’ve had this one month and now it’s at the bicycle repair shop for numerous missing screws and a flat tire.
