Still evaluating so the 3 star shouldn't be looked at as a bad thing...I may revise it up later.
Since their is so little information out there on this product, I am going to give some feedback .To start with I have diabetes, type II, and I have had it for several years. A few years ago I was starting to get my levels under the pre-diabetic range, with a variety of supplements + (Chrome) and medication. After telling my doctor how I did it, I couldn't find Chrome anymore at Walmat, (hmmm). My blood sugars started going up, and before I got the watch my levels were probably pretty high. Just after I bought the watch I was able to buy Chrome from Amazon, and between the watch, and the Chrome, my sugar levels have been much better. The first time I used the device I used 25% power for 15 minutes. It seemed like I could smell some burning.I did feel a little bit of something, not sure I would call it pain. So if this is really cleaning my blood like it should be, the first session should have had some of the worst blood possible to clean up. I waited about a week before using it the second time. This time I let the device hang from the strap under my wrist, instead of being on top of my wrist. This time I did not smell any burning, and I was using it full power for 30 minutes. I seemed to have a little upbeat of happiness when wearing this. Maybe the body feels it like being in sunshine, I am not sure, but I do feel it. This time no pain wearing it, but a day later their was a little pain in my wrist, but it is hard to tell if it was from the device or carpal tunnel that sometimes bothers me. So I waited another 3 or 4 days before using it again, and I seem to be on a pattern of using it more frequently, and having less problems. Whether it is working as expected is still hard to say because I am not using it every day yet, but I am working towards that, and my blood sugar has come down drastically in the last few days, but I am not sure if it from the Chrome or the Watch, but the combination seems to be working. My advice is: if money isn't a problem, try it out, work into it slowly, and when using it make sure it is hanging under your wrist and don't tighten the strap too tight, because your arm will grow slightly while using the device. Also cover your arm with some folded papers, so you don't see any light from the sides of the device. (It could blind you). At the same, don't have the strap too loose either, or there will be an air gap between your arm and the device. You may need to adjust the tightness while wearing, but be especially careful to protect your eyes by looking away when you do it.

make me sleep and fatigue por two days. I stop using.
The manual does not say what the four intensity levels are for and how and why they are used. I have not returned the equipment, although it is expensive, because I am going to give it to a doctor with a master's degree in acupuncture to try it. If you control diabetes and pressure with this one is a phenomenon. But we do not know if it is true or not. I used it and it gave me sleep and fatigue for two days. I hope it could be useful.

SCAM product
This needs to be reported to the FDA and the FTC. Absolutely untrue that this product has an FDA approved treatment for diabetes.
