Clearing one thing from one reviewer, indicated their is space for another ssd. There is no space. If additional capacity is needed replace the nvme/ssd that is included. Another stick of ram can be added though.First, the proes. It's small, has 4 usb connectors for keyboard/mouse, external hdd and other peripherals. Two hdmi ports allow for dual display. A headphone/mic jack is also available.Runs cool and sips electricity. Sleep mode 1 watt, idle to low processes 3 watts and normal to heavy loads from 15 to 23 watts roughly. It can be used in dedicated environments where low power consumption is a must.I have a special use case for a small form factor PC. However this tiny pc lacks couple of thing. Main is Start on power option. Other is very limited bios ootions. As I would have preferred it to be placed far away and be used as home assistant client, NVR for recording security camera footage as well as a light weight media server. Due to lack of option to automatically start once power is resumed is a bummer. It's possible windows may have control throgg uefi setting but I don't know at this time. Other possibility is to add a ups. Or may be return it and buy a used mini or micro pc. The last option is not so attractive as so far for what I needed this little pc handles and using barely using power. Hoping to find a solution that does not involve returning this pc.

It so tiny. But run so good. I do take sometime to set it theway I want.It say ssd have 256gb. but I just see it show only 117 gb. May be hide it somewhere I can't find it.I use this pc only for email & youtube so it's ok fpr me { use too many time to set this up, so I don'treturn it} If other person use it just like me. It's a Good buy.

Wow! What an incredible device. I expected it would be slow, but this device is fast. I don't know about gaming as I do not play games. So, I gave it an average performance rating for games.

This is a pretty good spec mini pc. It is still about the size as most other mini pc which is great. It is a fairly decent CPU. The design of the mini computer is about the same average size as many mini pc. Considering all the parts they are fitting in this, it is not a bad size. It has a nice finishing case with nice color. With this colors, you should note that the case is scratch prone. In terms of weight, it is light so you can easily carry this computer if you wanted. The computer stays relatively warm even on high usage. That being said the device itself can get a bit loud but it stays pretty cool for most of the things I use it for. I pushed the devices capability and it can get a bit warm when you are pushing the CPU and ram. You can feel the warmth from the device when it is being pushed. There are four USB 3.0 ports. There are two in the side and two in the front. One main difference is that this does not have a type c port (not thunderbolt) in the front. I plugged in several different devices and they detected and powered it no problem. The transfer rate is about the same as any other 3.0 if not faster. The USB 3.0 transfer fairly quickly depending on what device you have plugged into it. They are relatively spaced out so you have plenty of wiggle room to work with. You can plug in larger USB dongles without worry about it hitting each other. The power button is on the front. This pc uses the power brick to power the device so be aware of that. There is no internal power supply so the brick is on the outside of the device. The power button is on the front and with the flash memory it boots up pretty quick. The device has 512 GB solid state memory which can hold a good amount of applications. You can install a 2.5 hard drive into this case or you can add additional memory. The ram is simple 16 gb which is good enough for what I use it for. This is meant to be a higher end mini computer. You do not get a noticeable lag when opening up the browser and trying to load a page which is nice. Everything loads relatively smooth. It does not have a hard time with multitasking and you are able to dual screen with this device without significantly increase the lag and strain on the computer. It has two HDMI port. It can handle a multiple monitor setup very easily. It also has a built in wifi that can connect to 2.4 or 5 Ghz. There is also one ethernet port and headphone jack with microphone. Overall, this PC does what it is suppose to do and more. The ryzen 5 is a pretty powerful process which make this an excellent PC to have. It is a strong mini pc and what is nice is that it can be upgraded easily. It can watch videos, transfer files, or every day browsing It has the multiple monitor capability and the processor definitely strong. It is on the bigger side compared to many other mini pcs but not by much. I definitely would recommend this to a mini computer on the go or by your tv. It is very powerful device. It can actually be a good replacement for a home computer. You can install an additional m2 drive if needed. The solid state m2 drive can be replace is simple.

I finally got a chance to boot this PC for the first time. Quite a fast and powerful little PC. I was surprised by how fast the resource hungry Windows 11 os boots on this little computer. Internet browsing, software, etc. All seem to run at pretty comparative speeds to my newish HP laptop.A couple little things I did notice was that the cooling fan is a little noisy. It almost sounds like it is rubbing on something. Also, I had an issue where the monitor glitched and showed static. That resolved by unplugging the HDMI cable and reinstalling it. It hasn't happened again, but worth noting.

Quick Windows 11 setup on this machine, Bluetooth mouse and keyboard connected in a breeze, I can tell you right now, I love this little quiet and fast machine, surfing the net is fast, plenty of space on the 256 GB SSD! everything looks clear and legible on my 4K Monitor, with four USB 3.0 ports which I've tested you have plenty of way to connect peripherals, my place is so quiet and I as unable to hear the cooling fan at all, this PC stayed as cool as it will be during my week of testing no matter what I threw at it! this PC does everything my giant tower does with such ease, love the portability and form factor, I highly recommend this little machine, I just love it!

Was very happy to find a mini PC with windows 11. I purchased this in order to run a media server and have not been disappointed. It's very capable and the ram and hard drive space are fine for my purpose. In my case I connected it to some chunky hard drives and have it running straight into my TV. This is perfect to use as a full featured PC on your television. It pairs nicely with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I very much recommend this product if you have a similar need.
