⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“I Vow. You Vow. We Vow”There is only one reason you need to read this book. TYSON. Wow I love him. I honestly couldn’t get enough of him.I loved that we finally got his story. I just needed to know what the hell happened back in his third year and how he was going to get revenge and BOY DID SHANTEL DELIVER!Tyson is a bae. He is my favourite. No one will compare.(watch me love the next books just as much and eat my words🤣)I honestly closed the book and wanted to read it all over again. The twist at the end. The way Shantel brought everything together. The flashbacks that we got during the book. Perfection.

So I stumbled on this book in KU and the blurb and cover looked exciting. It's difficult to really pinpoint what I disliked about this book, but ultimately I think it was the level of betrayal. I felt like the lead female was getting let down in every way by everyone. I also didn't like the prolonged periods of sexual humiliation surfaced and I questioned the authenticity of her character actually feeling good about this. She just felt so jaded that I did t feel she would be truly excited by this. So why did I give it 4stars? The fictional society and world that was created was really interesting and a developed concept which drove the plot. I found the subplot and character s all interesting and unconventional. It was a good standalone which leads you want more from the story and I loved that It was a full length book.

Well I have to say I loved Tyson in the first 2 books and how he was there to helps his friends when needed but probably for the first 40% of this book I hated him.Like I wanted to 🥊🥊🥊 so many times with how he treated her, even when saying he was trying to protect her he treated Lake so badly.I liked Lake and my heart went out to her with how she had been treated by her family, they were deplorable and I was rooting for a long painful demise after what they did to Lake.Tyson started to show a different side especially after she was hurt the first time in the club and then I started to like him again.This story is so great with the revenge, plotting and what first happened to bring all this to poor Tyson’s door as that wasn’t personal.I’m sooo glad he dealt with all those disgusting people for what they did but it was a higher body count in this book than in the others lol 😂I wasn’t a fan of the Spade brothers after what they did to Sin but they are growing on me, from the end of Sin’s book and what they did to all the help they gave in this book.I’m new to this author so I do hope there is a Spade brothers book somewhere as I would like to know what makes them tick.This is a great book I devoured it and in my opinion you should read them in order starting with The Ritual as the timescales follow that first book.

No matter how many bodies he has to leave in his wake - he will find her 🫶🏽 Little does he know that when he does find her she would have a surprise visitor and even more surprising news 🤭 keeping her in “no man’s land” gives them time to put all the pieces together and lure the final people he needs for his own kind of confessional 😌I was waiting for Tysons book and it did not disappoint 😏 the fact he waited years to make his, no one as going to stand a chance against him 😍

So I am a fan of Shantel Tessier as I’ve read other of her books and found them quite interesting. I was staying away from the LORDs series because although a lot of hype about it, a lot was recommended that it’s quite dark. I had no problem at all with The ritual and The sinner book and dived into this one as I really wanted to read Tyson story. Now maybe it’s because is revenge compare to the other two, but this one I almost stop reading at least five times. A lot of it felt forced here. I didn’t feel that Tyson loves Lake at all at least until 85% of the book, we don’t get what’s going on exactly compared to the other books. I didn’t feel that Lake loves what’s he is doing to her because it was more like he conditioned her to like it. At some point I was wondering if he will like if half of the stuff he is doing to her were done to him. I absolutely understand that is dark book but I saw so many people saying that the sinner is way darker but I’m the other two books both Blake and Elli are shown from beginning that they enjoyed and want more dark smut. Here lake has no experience and it felt forced for me and I honestly thought it will get better at least half way but that didn’t happened.After reading other reviews about Saint book I decided that it’s something similar and don’t think I’ll enjoy it again so for now I’ll stop here with those books.

Been holding my breath waiting to get to Tysons story and trust me Shantel Tessier did not disappoint😉🥵It was everything I expected and more the plot was plotting and had me reading back to make sure I didn’t miss a thing.

Por un lado me gustó más que The Sinner pero por el otro siento que fue un poco más mmm enredado (?) a Tyson creo que no se le termina de conocer, al menos me hubiera gustado expresar más amor/cariño por Lake,,, tipo esta bien que estés loco, lo que sea, pero necesito esa obsesión con ella, algo que estuvo presente pero no en la cantidad que quería… tengo que admitirlo tho, tiene de las mejores escenas spicy. Amé el cameo de Ryat. Quién diría, Ryat es mi top de los Lord.Por cierto, Lake tiene que ser de las protagonistas más normales en este mundo, al menos a ella no la sentía como Barbie desbaratada lmao.

Just screaming my head off and kicking my feet I’m so completely gone for The Sacrifice. It’s everything I was hoping for and everything that I needed it to be. In short, it’s a work of perfection 😘. Phew. Where do I even begin y’all? Let’s see.One: I love me an obsessed Hero. But you know what I love just as much? An obsessed Heroine!!! I was like YES!!! You claim your man!!! Sink your fangs in girl! Get it!!!Two: all the dirty hawt things Tyson did to his wifey. Yep!!! So good.Three: so much revenge. Blood soaking through the pages there was nothing left on the bones kind of revenge. I’m still shaking.Four: I love that all the main characters from this series (Ritual, Sinner and Sabotage) are still very much central and present in this story. Like, oh hey, the whole gangs here! Strap up!I never know what to expect with a Shantel Tessier novel. Just that it’s gonna be dark. It’s going to take me to very uncomfortable places and make me question if I even know what boundaries are anymore. It’s going to make me root for the sinners who work on the fringes of this society because they’re the only ones who know what loyalty is. But please do you and the author a favor and check out her TWs. Her stories are not intended for everyone. But if you can stomach pain,torture, and everything else that comes with a Shantel Tessier book you’ll be greatly rewarded with an epic story. She balances everything out.Gah!!! It’s intense. It was so dang twisty. And even tho the author gives you plenty of breadcrumbs for you to “try” to come up with your own theories, you’re still going to doubt yourself and just hang on to the edge of your seat. Until the very end. I kid you not!Tyson and Lake start out as a means for an end for Tyson’s long awaited revenge on Lake’s family. They did something to him. They took something from him. It changed him. And he has waited three long years for the moment he can say “I do” and ruin them.Poor Lake. She’s so sheltered. So very very innocent and really has no one on her side. No one! She truly believes that Tyson is the devil himself. The villain that shattered her and her family’s life. But what no one knows is that she’s obsessed with her new husband. Always has been. And is now fighting with herself for feeling all the feelings for this wicked man and trying to remain loyal to her family. What’s a girl to do? Hmmm? Do whatever your husband tells you to do because he’s what dreams are made of!!!! Duh!! She’s a smart one, so she’s pretty quick on the uptake. I liked her. She and Tyson were fire!!Oh me, oh my, Tyson Crawford is the King!!! I’ve loved him from the first time he graced us with his presence in The Ritual and he is truly the antihero to end all. He’s ummm,yeah, he’s perfect!!! The amount of women who have gone insane over him should be way higher in my opinion lol!!! He’s delicious. Absolutely mouthwatering. I loved that we get so many chapters of his POV. He’s funny. He’s loyal. He’s deadly. He doesn’t give a F. He will go to the ends of the earth for his little darling wifey and I was done. I love a hero that can only see one woman once he has her. That all consuming OTT need to own. To possess. To protect. I was actually swooning!!!! And it’s totally needed here imo because of the slight ick factor of who he used to be with so his utter devotion for Lake just cinched it for me that these two were endgame.I can’t even try to give away what takes place because it’s a doozy. Just know that this is probably Shantel Tessier’s tightest plot ever. Meaning not a single plot hole. Her writing is top notch here. She delivered and then delivered some more. Do yourself a favor and take your time reading this one so you don’t miss a single detail. Everything is there for a reason. This story is so immersive. I had to take a few breaks in the past 72 hours just to wrap my head around all the crazy going on. It’s good crazy. Like this is addicting and I have real life stuff to do!!!!Also, I’m so ready for Carnage. Like bring me to the brink and just destroy me!!!! And I really love how each three of these connective novels all have similar secondary epilogues dealing with their kids. Like we all know what your kids were up to last night ;) lmao!!!

WE VOW.I was really looking forward to reading Tyson's story and it did not disappoint!Hooked from the very first page I was eager to find out why and how Tyson planned his revenge and what happened to his chosen? I was on the edge of my seat constantly and found myself squealing multiple times during the last half of the book.The plot twists were jaw dropping as expected from Shantel and the tension was amazing again!I love how ruthless Tyson is. The L.O.R.D.S are trained to be a certain way, but he quite literally burns everything and everyone down for Laikyn.Laikyn is conditioned all her life to be a Lady but when all doesnt go as expected, she doesnt know what to do and who to believe.
