Kokuyo Campus binder Adopt 30 holes A4 Murasakiru-AP171V (japan import)

This is quite possibly the best folder k have ever owned, it does mean you have to fork out the 30 pound for the hole punch to be able to use it (or buy Japanese paper (I have done both)) but is far worth the jnvestment.

So, I am a connoisseur of office and school supplies. This list is not all inclusive. Binders, pens, pencils, markers, paper,index cards, folders, clipboards, organizers, calendars....So I started back to school this last July and needed to revamp how I carried my school supplies and personal items as I had to physically go to class instead of only online courses from the safety of my home.I found Kojuyo products by accident while browsing Amazons office/school supplies. I saved a bunch of their products for possible purchase later. This binder is perfect for my needs. American binders (even their slim ones) have a minimum 1inch ring, this includes the majority of the A5 sizes. This binder is big enough for full size sheets of paper, but it is slim enough to fit into a iSuperb A4 Documents Bag Multifunction Files Organizer Messenger iPad Handbag Storage for Travel Office 13.4x9.8x1.4 inch(Purple) (also a great find on Amazon).I will say though that the paper sizing is a bit different than western but it has not been an issue. Another thing is that if you intend to buy unpunched paper then you will need to buy a 26/30 hole punch. The number of holes depends upon which Kokuyo product you buy. However, another great thing is that their paper is good quality and they sell it in packs to include dot grid paper; which is awesome. All in all, I am truly pleased and have already decided to buy a few more for miscellaneous purposes.

This binder is exactly what I wanted. The many rings help hold the paper together in one place without tearing it by its holes as you turn the page. The opening mechanism can open and close with ease and not as loud as the metal ring binders. The only reason I docked a star is that the bend of the binder, on its edge, has a small tear. I foresee the tear in getting bigger after continuous use, but receiving it with the tear when I haven't used it for school yet makes me a bit frustrated. I would return it if I could, but I bought it from a third party seller from Japan, and the return would be more of a hassle than not. But other than that, I love it.

Like the size, ease of operation and flexible cover. The rings are plastic not metal, but work very smoothly.
