I didn’t get on with this
My bean to cup machine stopped producing frothy milk so I thought I would get this to do the job instead. It is a complete faff and fails miserably. Not only do I find it spills milk when you try to pour it, it doesn’t heat it very much and the foam is a solid mass that has to be spooned out. It is impossible to heat the milk any further once it has completed the automated process so you are stuck with lukewarm whether you like it or not. Oh, and more often than not you end up with milk oozing out from the top as it is heated. I stopped using it after only a handful of uses and replaced my bean to cup machine instead.

Super Frother
I bought this as recommended by Which? It produces excellent froth from whole cow's milk (I haven't tried anything else). Frothiness varies a little with different batches of milk but I was not surprised by this.Just a couple of caveats:It froths enough for about a single cappuccino in a cup, but probably not enough for a mug.The bowl wipes clean easily but it is a bit fiddly, as the appliance cannot be immersed in water. The milk frothing head is rather awkward to remove and reinstall, unless you have small hands or long fingers! It turns itself off when warming/frothing is complete, but you still have to turn it off on the push-switch as well, otherwise it will start up again when you put it back on the base.Having said that, the results are better than steam frothing or a hand-held frother.

Was better the previous model
Very disappointed, I had the first model, the one with 3 power options that broke as stuck only to one setting. Got this one, if you put more milk than the min amount indicated, the milk goes out, therefore if you want a big mug of frothy milk you need to do it twice. That wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't a nightmare to clean. The milk burns at one side of the machine/jug/kettle and to scrape it off it's difficult and will ruin the machine I a short period of time. Very disappointed for something so expensive

Doesn’t work as it should
It feels cheap and plasticky to the touch but more importantly, On first use the milk burnt and caught on the pan. It constantly catches and sticks to the non-stick surface and is really difficult to clean off without scratching it. It also separates the milk into a watery thin liquid with stiff hard foam. No good for latte, or other drinks that require a softer foam. I do not recommend this model, which is unusual for Krups. I’ve had a Nespresso air made by krups for the last 10 years and was really pleased with it so I was expecting a lot more from this product.

Not as good as Which? think it is
I have lived with this product of about a month and used it daily.I bought this as a Which? Best Buy but I am hugely disappointed:- The capacity is not great- Fill just slightly over the 'max' line and it floods out of the top on frothing- removing and replacing the spinner inside is fiddly- After cleaning and replacing on the base unit it automatically starts up again so you have switch it offDefinitely not as good as the Dualit.
