Focusrite SCARLETT Studio Pack w/CM25 Microphone, Headphones, 2i2, Code for Software Bundle Mic Cable, Boom Stand, and Pop Filter

i purchased this bundle despite the amount of reviews it had & i am glad that i trusted my instincts and bought it. below are just a few notes about what i have ran into so far while using this product.1. $249.99 is a bargain for this bundle. definitely worth it!!!2. microphone is a HUGE upgrade from the M-Audio mic that i used before this one.3. the headphones work tremendously well & they aren't too heavy.4. the interface is the main reason why i purchased this bundle & i am in love with it!5. it's a hassle getting the software installed, everything downloaded, & it to cooperate with other recording/editing software (Pro Tools) but afterwards it works very smoothly.6. the end of the mic stand does NOT match the end of the microphone mount so screwing in those two parts together is IMPOSSIBLE. luckily, i had an extra mic mount lying around so i used that instead & it was a perfect match.7. the mic stand itself is about 4 feet tall at it's highest point. i was hoping it was at least 2 more feet tall so i wouldn't have to sit & sing.8. the pop filter is a good quality item. it gets the job done correctly & hassle free.9. physically setting up the whole bundle is breezy & pretty straight forward.10. wires are in perfect shape & are of good quality.Overall, the product does have a few minor issues but it is worth it. i feel very comfortable using this equipment & i do recommend this bundle to anyone who is upgrading from a smaller studio to something much more of quality or anyone who just is starting to record material.

I decided to get this bundle due to the ease of not having to buy all the items separately. The items shipped and got to me in two days with standard shipping! My main gripe is the fact that the stand and the mic don't fit together. I am looking for a shock mount or something similar to use for the CM25, but am not having much luck. Other than that I am pleased!Also, in case anyone was wondering, the Scarlett 2i2 DOES work with Ubuntu Studio, and without the need to install any drivers :)EDIT:The mic and the stand do fit together! the cm25 mic attachment has an adapter screwed into the bottom, unscrew this and they fit together!

VERY PLEASED WITH THIS INTERFACE AFTER WEEKS OF ONLINE RESEARCHING AND READING GOOD REVIEWS I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE FOCUSRITE STUDIO PACKAGE.. I WAS AMAZED AT THE SOUND QUALITY OF THE PER-AMPS SO CLEAN AND CRYSTAL CLEAR ... I WAS MAINLY SURPRISED BY THE SOUND OF THE MIC THAT CAME WITH THIS BUNDLE VERY CLEAN RECORDED WITH IT IN PROTOOLS 10 HD AND VOCALS CAME OUT CLEAN AND CRISP VERY LITTLE IF ANY BACKGROUND NOISE THE MONITOR HEADPHONES ARE NICE ALSO LIGHT AND VERY COMFORTABLE LIKE MY AUDIOTECNICA 40mtfs HEADPHONES.. INSTALLATION IS VERY EASY AND QUICK .. IF YOU LOOKING FOR A GOOD USB AUDIO INTERFACE PLEASE PURCHASE THE FOCUSRITE SCARLETT IT DEFINITELY LIVES UP TO ITS NAME ONE OF MY BEST INVESTMENTS ... Fantastic Bundle for the money. No latency issues due to the direct monitoring option. Simple clean interface. The mic outperforms almost any other mic you'd find in the 100-150 dollar range, a shock mount would have been nice to go with the pop filter and boom stand, but for $250, no one should really complain. Very nice, high-quality mic cable. The included cubase software is basic, but extremely intuitive and (in my opinion) better than the pro tools equivalent, which on it's own costs as much as this bundle. The headphones leave a bit to be desired. They sound technically good, especially if used for mastering purposes, however, they do not fully "cup" my ears, leading to sound bleed, and they don't have the flat EQ that I love so much in my Sennheiser HD280 Pro's. The also feel rather flimsy. Wouldn't feel comfortable throwing them in a backpack and traveling with them. All in all, this bundle is worth WAY more than the $250 price tag. You won't get audiophile recordings from it, but you'll get damn close.

This product is awesome. I was looking for something that could help me start recording my own music. If you were to look for the parts individually and buy them separately, then you would be paying an arm and a leg to get your home studio together. With this Focusrite studio package you receive everything you need all at once for a nice price. I would highly recommend this for any person who is trying to get started on producing their on music.

This is one of the best upgrades I've ever made for my computer. I connected Yamaha HS8 (pair) and I'm using the Scarlet mic. I do voiceover work and listen to a lot of music and conference calls - all with superb quality that people frequently comment about positively. It's a weird concept outboarding the computer's sound processing via USB, but this works flawlessly for a small home studio or gaming system. Highly recommend.

I love this bundle. The mic stand is of very bad quality, it was falling apart by the 2nd week, but I still continued using it for many more yrs using strong scotch tape so the mic can stay in a fixed position.Recently the interface fell and the headphone jack started getting loose, so I upgraded to the new Scarlett Solo 3rd gen and decided to upgrade my mic stand/gear to those of better quality.
