I was debating whether to buy this kit from multiple third party vendors on Amazon and save the $30-$40 plus any tax savings, but then I thought if something went wrong and time is of the essence (especially if your contractor is on the clock) I would be totally screwed. For one thing I don't know exactly what is needed to complete this kit (like the various plumbing packages I see for this toilet) and would hate to miss any required installation items. Furthermore, I don't want to send things back to five million different places and I am not too confident on the return process with third party sellers. Since this whole kit is ship and sold by Amazon, I knew that if I had any issues, I could simply send it back and just order another one with no issues. As a bonus, the kit includes the plate actuator (in white) which is nice because that kit alone costs $50-$60. However, the kit does NOT include the Toto toilet seat cover so you will need to order that separately.The toilet arrived in about a week and in perfect condition. The toilet bowl itself was encase in thick foam formed moldings probably about 6-7" thick all the way around. It was nice but a pain to dispose of the foam casing since it was so huge. I can safely say that if the the UPS guy threw it on my porch, this protective form would hold up. Glad to see Toto put some thought into the packaging of their toilet bowl.My contractor said installation is a "b**ch but says it's awesome quality and everything went together like clockwork. The framing and plumbing were the most difficult but once that was in, the whole kit went in smoothly. Operation is smooth and as expected. Didn't see much of a difference between flush 1 and 2 but there probably is a significant water savings after a lot of uses. The toilet bowl water level might seem low to most but when you flush it, the water washes high and covers all areas so it shouldn't be an issue. Did I mention it was really quiet? The Toto manual states not to use abrasives and bleach when cleaning the bowl due to the special glaze that prevents stuff from sticking to it. I haven't witness the glaze at work yet but will update when I do. And finally even though the whole bowl is mounted directly to the in wall metal frame and Total claims it supports 880 lbs, I (190 lbs) am still very careful getting on and off the toilet.

This is the worst toilet that we have ever owned. The flush valve is broken and the toilet is unusable. We have tried to contact Toto twice and they have not returned calls or text messages. The flusher value has been a problem since we first installed the unit 4-years ago. At first the flush buttons would stick and the water would run continuously. You would have to take the beautiful cover piece off to wiggle the rod to stop the water flow. After doing this many times and no response from Toto we just left the cover off, which looks terrible, and flushed by push the rod and then pulling the rod out so it would not stick. Know that doesn’t work and you cannot flush the toilet. The second problem is the bowl need to be cleaned constantly, I suspect that the porcelain surface is not smooth and therefore everything stick to it. Not what you would expect from any toilet let alone one this expensive.
