Angry Birds Trilogy - Nintendo 3DS

It's 2019, and feeling a bit nostalgic for classic Angry Birds I looked into getting this version because the original isn't compatible with my iphone and the other games have ads and in app purchase nags when I just wanted to play the games. Thankfully, from a third party seller, it was easy to get a complete copy of the game (not just cart only, but actually with the box and art) for pretty cheap to add this to my collection. As noted by the description, this includes the original Angry Birds, Angry Birds Rio, and Angry Birds Seasons. There is also some extra content. All together it's well over 800 levels. This really does a great job of scratching the old Angry Birds itch without the stupid stuff the phone versions are plagued with. I really appreciate the dual screen nature of the game as it's easy to set the top screen to be more zoomed out for a better view of the action. If you have any love for this classic series, this is a great way to revisit it.

This was my first time playing any angry bird games but I knew it is very popular so I thought since it had 3 versions of the game it would give be a good idea of angry birds and if I did not like 1 version I might like another so it would not be a whole lost. This game is very fun but the angry birds can make you angry because you can fling the bird the same everytime and get a different result everytime so it can be unpredictable what is going to happen. In this version it seems there might be some glitches because I have beat Rio 100% but they did not give me the achievements for flawless plummage and in Seasons I got 3 stars on all the Mooncake Festival Levels and have not received the 3 star cake for it but they gave me the one for finding the 8 mooncakes not after I found them all but when I got 3 stars on the levels. As far as the achievements for certain amounts of feathers for certain versions it does not always give you them when you reach that number but sometimes when you reach the next level of needed like if you need 50 you do not get it until you get 100. So it seems glitchy I did not find out until after I bought it about those and that they are trying to get patches to fix them. I wish I had known that hopefully there is something they can do to help me I am mad I wasted the time playing it and might have to start over again but what can I do.

This is really a great game. As a kid I made my own slingshots and was pretty good using them. So this game is right down my alley. I enjoyed throwing the birds at the pigs and later the monkys. I especially like the black bird because it blows up and you get more pigs or monkeys with it. After you have gone through all the levels you can put the game back in later and see if you can get a higher score by selecting any part of the game or level you want to. I enjoyed the 3D effect especially on the 3DSxl. I bought the game because my grandson is in to Angry Bird everything. I wanted to see what it was all about. He was right. It is really fun to play. Though there is a difference of 60 years in our ages, I try to show an interest in what he is interested in. I highly recommend this game for children and old folks as well.

I love the game and my used copy had everything with it but this game is one of the few that does not let you delete save data. You can google how some people have done it, its an "at your own risk" thing. Thankfully my copy only had about 15 levels completed, something like 40+ stars earned. That leaves me a ton of things to do still and I am happy with that. The game lets you fling birds with either the stylus or the circle pad. I like using the circle pad since the late game birds require you to push buttons anyway. Other than that its Angry Birds on the go and without all the terrible things they did to the current mobile versions.Just remember, you can not delete the save data on this game. If you buy it used it could be 100% done already leaving you with nothing to do really.

I bought the 3DS version because I don't have an I-phone, I-pad, my computer runs slow, etc. This was a good way for me to get Angry Birds. Yes, it's a lot more expensive but when I'm done, I can sell it back for a good price as long as I don't wait too long! I think this version is aimed at people like me and kids so it serves a niche.

You can not get this on iOS or play store anymore so this was the only way to play it 5⭐️

Purchased this item for my 5 year old niece as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved it! I will admit that she had a bit of trouble learning how to play, but like any good uncle, I sat with her and showed her how to play. After she got the hang of it, she wouldn't put the game down! I highly recommend this game for your kid or for yourself, considering I had fun playing it too! Also, due to the repetitive nature of the game, it can become quite addicting, so this is a good thing if you need to keep your kid occupied for 10 minutes or so while you take care of other household duties or if your kid is throwing a fit in the car, etc.

I got this because I wanted my 6 yr old to have something to play (not sure if hes old enough yet to enjoy Zelda). lol I think I ended up planing this more than the other two games. Then my wife who "really isnt a gamer" got her hands on my 3ds. She was fighting piggies for hours.I really wasn't a huge angry birds fan, but it is truly a lot of fun in 3D.
