Trying three different products by this company
This time, I am trying three different items. I am trying the Virtue cream for you neck and décolletage, the Silk moisturizing cream and the Bright lifting eye cream. Because I put other products on my face and eye area earlier, I am putting this on my hands and arm. I love the feel of the Silk moisturizing cream, the Virtue cream is thicker than your other moisturizers, and the eye lifting cream. The eye lifting cream is applied in dots so you only go around your eye area. The Silk moisturizing cream is really nice and can be used on your face daily.

Confusing ingredients and expires in a couple months!
These is the second product in the MAELYS line that I've tried. I have mixed feelings about this product just like I did in the face cream. This Maelys Lifting Eye Cream has some good ingredients and also a couple ingredients that can cause irritation to the skin, and it's made is Isreal. My 👀 cream expires in just a few months as others have said not much time to use the whole jar. I did find this freshening and moisterizing on my eye area but I haven't seen any results in wrinkle reduction as of yet. Faint scent that's not unpleasant. Overall a three star eye cream.

Good Choice For A Hydrating Eye Cream
I got the MAELYS BRIGHT Lifting Eye Cream with an expiration date of 5/22, so my cream arrived fresh and well packaged. It comes in a small jar with a lid on it. The cream has a rich consistency that soaks in quickly. I made the mistake of putting too much on. You only need a dab to adequately cover the skin under the eyes.I experienced no irritation. Rather, it feels good and does a great job hydrating. It keeps skin soft and smooth throughout the day without feeling too greasy. It leaves a thin layer of moisturizer that makes skin look healthy. It has a pleasantly fruity fragrance that's not overpowering.Made in Israel~ Kort

Dirty, dried-out, nearly expired, and stupidly expensive. Avoid this one.
Let's start with the good stuff. This product, like all MAËLYS products, is cruelty-free! I always think that's worth celebrating. And MAËLYS BRIGHT Lifting Eye Cream smells really good. Its presentation is good, at least in theory, with little touches like a cute surprise Cervantes quote inside the box. ("The eyes those silent tongues of love.") Unfortunately, that's where the good stuff ends.I was excited to get to try this product. I've been searching for the right product for my eyes, and it seemed like there was a good chance this might be it. I was WRONG. This eye cream arrived well-packaged, in a bubble mailer AND in a bubble wrap bag. But as I took it out of the bag, I noticed some weird gritty substance all over the box and inside the bubble bag. It was like tiny seeds or something (see photos). I don't know what it was, but it was weird and unsettling. I brushed the box clear of the mystery grit and started to open it, but noticed the expiration date stamped on the side. I received this product on December 30, 2020. The expiration date is March XX, 2021, which means I have only TWO MONTHS to use this product! Three months at most, depending on how you interpret that vague expiration date. For a product this expensive ($45), I think that's awful. But it might be moot anyway, because I don't think I can use this stuff. When I removed the little jar from the box and opened it, I could see that the jar was not full, firstly, and more importantly, the product was nearly dried out. I don't know if it is supposed to have this sort of texture, but it is thick and kind of dry--more like a balm for your lips than a moisturizing cream for your eyes. I don't think a product with this texture can be good for your eyes because you have to pull at that delicate skin to apply this, and you should never pull at your eyes. It doesn't really melt into the skin, either. I won't use it again, at least not on my eyes. Maybe my décolleté area, but nowhere near my eyes. I am so disappointed with this product and it makes me sad to say I cannot recommend it. Quite the opposite: I advise shoppers to give this one a hard pass. Two stars is generous, I think, and this product only gets those for being cruelty-free. I hope my experience with this product might help YOU make a more informed purchase. Happy shopping!

Love this one
Maelys makes some incredible products and this lifting eye cream is yet another one and it comes in the mid-range price. It comes in a very pretty little jar that looks great. The eye cream smells fantastic and I for one am a fan. That is in line with the entire product line, or at least all the products I have so far.The cream itself is very lightweight and it absorbs pretty much instantly. There is no residue on your skin when you use it but instead your skin feels soft and smooth and just looks amazing. I really love how this makes my skin look and feel and wish it was less expensive to be honest. But it is not as expensive as some others so it could be worse and you don’t need a lot of it.

Not for me....
Like some other reviewers I find the texture of this odd. It’s thick and not creamy at all. It feels and looks like it’s gotten old and hardened some. It says it’s a “rich eye cream with a delicate, velvety texture.” I don’t see what I received s a velvety texture. More like a clump of butter 😂 It seriously reminded me of butter in texture. I just really don’t like the texture. It wouldn’t go onto my skin easily. I really had to work to spread it around, and even then there were chunks that just wouldn’t melt away. I ended up giving up on it. I definitely don’t recommend!

Maelys eye cream- To be determined
I'm not quite sure what to make of this eye cream. It looks as if this has melted and then firmed up again - which also makes the jar appear more than half empty. The texture is more firm than I expected, it says cream but it's not creamy until you begin rubbing it in. I don't mind the texture but I don't know if this is the way it's meant to be? My jar expires in just 3 short months from the day I received it. It doesnt smell bad, it has a light perfumey scent. But expired or gone-bad beauty products are a no no for me and since I can't confirm that this is the way this eye cream should be, I'm apprehensive about testing it long term. I did apply some to my under eye area, and noticed nothing. Nothing bad, nothing good. Skincare products like this take time anyhow so in the meantime I'll put this jar up until I can confirm that what I have hasn't gone bad. Or until it expires in 12 weeks, whichever comes first.
