Samsung QN75Q80RAFXZA 75 inches Class Q80R QLED Smart 4K UHD TV (Renewed)

I had purchased the Q70 and it just wasnt the same. It was almost like watching it through a screen door. I purchased the Q80 and have zero complaints. Picture quality is amazing, color is way better then the Q70, Blacks are actually black (not some sort of grayish), and you can definitely tell the back lighting on the Q80 is substantially better. Great TV. Only down side is that i haven't found any streaming services (using the native apps on the TV) that support dolby atmos audio.. From what i read, streaming services only support this through the tv's apps when you get to the Q900...

If you can find a refurbished, worth the savings, and get the extended warranty. Amazing Tv, picture quality unparalleled. Setup a breeze going thru the wizard. Planning to replace all TVs in my home with this model in various sizes.

I ordered the 'Renewed' product by Amazon (and saved some money) . I'm so happy with it. It was in perfect condition. It was so easy to set up. It came with the Prime remote and everything set up to log in to my amazon account. Best experience I ever had with a new TV.The TV is amazing. My previous TV was 7 years old and I had to squint repeatedly to get used to the new colors.

I bought this in September 2019 and it is now almost June 2020.The picture quality is absolutely amazing and I'm glad I bought the QLED 8 series than the 7 series (thanks Consumer Reports!)I bought this refurbished and the first one arrived cracked. I bought again for a slightly higher price from another vendor and this one arrived perfect. The difference was the packaging and possibly because the first one may have been dropped in the box. The first one that was broken was shipped ONLY in the original box. The second one, that wasn't broken, was packaged in an additional larger box, and had foam reinforcement on the corners.Amazon and the vendor were very easy to work with to resolve the matter.I bought this to enjoy NFL, MLB and European Soccer and it's been great. There is a bit of judder on a moving ball, or a fast moving object but I may need to fine tune this a bit.Movies and nature documentaries are where this TV really shines, especially those in 4K/HDR format. Even 1080 gets upscaled to look even better than 1080 appeared on my prior HDTV (a Panasonic Plasma)The Smart features had a learning curve but I feel like I've mostly figured them out.I have an iPhone and Macbook and find the Apple Airplay to work about half the time and I have not been able to find a solution. Too bad because I really enjoy the capability to look at pictures/videos on my TV, but it's not reliable. Video also stutters and stalls as well.I love the remote though it seemed weird at first. But it's very functional and user friendly.I use the ambient mode on occasion and it's pretty cool, but not a huge selling point for me. Since I have Apple devices, I can't use the Samsung Cloud to upload my own photos to display in Ambient mode (I am a photographer and would love this feature.) This seems to be because Samsung does not want to play nice with Apple (ie they want you to buy their mobile devices!) Apple's iCloud doesn't restrict users from uploading files however.Durability seems to be solid but I will update if there's any issues

First one shipped had a well known screen defect. Good customer service to replace with a second one. The replacement took about 2 weeks. Second tv is great.

Picture quality is great. Plenty bright for our living room which has a lot of natural light. The anti-reflection coating helps too. Viewing angles are surprisingly good. The pictures is still crisp and bright even at extreme angles. Motion handling is great for sports and movies and a big upgrade from our old 8 series UHD TV which we sold within a year due to the juddering and artifacting effect during fast scenes or sports. Very impressed with the overall picture quality. Also, very happy I bought this renewed. I was nervous at first, but the TV appeared to never have been used. All packaging was still sealed and protective films were still on. Great way to save on what appears to be a brand new TV.

TV arrived incomplete with no stand or mounting screws. Incredibly frustrating as it was a lot of work to get to the point of figuring that out (I am in a wheelchair), and have to leave the tv in middle of the living room unable to be used (the TV or the room) while we order parts. All for a refurbished TV that cost as much as a new one and has a major physical chip out of the screen and a broken remote

Purchased the renewed Q80R 55" 2019 model 21 November 2019. I chose this size because of space limitations. This is my 3rd Samsung TV. The other two are still working perfectly. I really wanted the Q90 but it is not offered in a 55". Q90 offers the best picture. Compare them side by side in the store and you'll see the difference. No burn in was a factor also. At the time of my purchase there were 12 reviews all 5*. Like some of them it was impossible to tell that this TV wasn't brand new, never out of the box. The savings were substantial. Amazon has the best return policy that I have experienced. Shipping was free. I made the plunge. Purchased the warranty offered by Amazon. TV arrived 3 days later. The TV in the apparently never opened box was well packed inside another box. Set-up was easy and the TV is everything I hoped for. Hallmark movies have never looked better.

Primero decir que me costo 19.000 una TV de 50.000 pesos.Dicho esto:1. La tele venía como nueva (plásticos, protectores para montaje de pantalla, control e instrucciones en envoltorio original.2. Lo único que estaba dañado era la caja, parecía vieja pero lo que viene dentro como nuevo3. La televisión es una pasada. Se puede ver hasta fútbol en streaming por el navegador. El sistema es muy rápido y nunca se parA4. Si eres usuario de apple la ventaja de tener AirPlay no tiene precio. Cualquier vídeo se puede reproducir con solo un click y puedes ver la pantalla de tu cell en tiempo real en la tv tb en un clickMuy contento con la compra, sobretodo por la oportunidad de poder tener un TV tan bueno en tan poco precio. Me arriesgué y me ha salido bien 😀

Llego empacada como una tv completamente nueva, sin detalles ni nada, hasta el momento estoy maravillado con el television, el precio y el vendedor.

El producto no cumplió con las expectativas y sin ningún problema me hicieron mi devolución.
