This stuff works great and no side effects. My mind is crystal clear all day and I'm not drowy at all after I get up. If I have to get up to use the bathroom, I am able to do so without feeling wobbly and when I go back to bed, I fall asleep immediately. That lets me know if I have to get up for any reason I am able to function adequately on this. I've had insomnia for 15 years, tried all the herbs that are out there and nothing much happened. I never tried drugs since I knew it might be a lifetime situation and don't want to deal with side-effects. For me it worked the first night and has ever since. I can't tell you how great it feels not to have insomnia anymore. I feel the tiniest hazy when I first wake up but that leaves soon and it's barely anything at all compared to no sleep. I'm thrilled and those words do not even cover it. I love it and will reorder indefinitely. This product is a WOW.

Good nights sleep
These worked very well for the first month (I only needed to take one or two at bedtime), but after a month they are not working so well. I am taking a break from them and hope they start to work well again. If you only use them occasionally they would probably continue to work.

I really like this medicine. I take it before I go to bed at night. It really works for insomnia, with no side effects.

Heel was bought by Italian company Guna. I've used Neurexan and other heel products for years. It was put out of business by what looked like a government shill who didn't like Heel's traumeel's label and the fact that it IS an effective non-toxic pain killer that costs less than prescription drugs. Heel did a double blind study and found that traumeel really does work. I read the court documents and found the plaintiff's case something that should have been thrown out instead of putting a great company out of business in the US. So Guna's Mediforce branding was needed to continue.
