Thuasne Sport Ankle Support Boa Stabiliser

I have peripheral Neuropathy and without these supports I would trip over on a regular basis. They provide excellent support and were recommended by my Neurologist. I have tried other similar products but these perform best for my needs.There are however some downsides. There is a sewn seam in the arch area that can become uncomfortable after long periods of wearing.The biggest problem for me (hence the 3* rating) is the velcro tabs used to secure the elastic straps. After about 3 months of daily wear for 10-12 hours a day, the velcro becomes ineffective and will come detatched from its mating half,

I purchased this product in September, and after only one month of use, the Velcro has started to detach and slip off. This defect significantly increases my risk of falling, especially as I have drop foot and plantar issues. I expected a more durable product given its price, and I'm disappointed with its short lifespan. I would like to request a return or replacement, as the product no longer provides the support I need.
