The Millionaire Moses by Catherine Ponder
Moses and the people were in the Wilderness 40 years due to their complaints/negative talk and never got to enter the Promised land. She said to learn from your wilderness experiences, no complain/condemn about them so stay stuck. Only those who could accept their promised land got in. Run down other people and you run down your life also. What you give out, you get back. People have multipled food/other things by prayer. No speack 1/2 truths about yourself and dilute your good. Ungrateful/cynical stops the blessings. Give thanks and ask for the highest good.Interesting view about the Old testament and 10 commandments. Remembering to say thanks/talk positive. You get what you focus on.

A GREAT COURSE IN LIFE--LEARN FROM MOSES
This is a wonderful book. The lessons that Moses faced in listening to the instructions from GOD caused the jewish people to survive the wilderness experiences. We can learn from these lessons in overcoming all of the challenges in our own lives that is equivalent to these wilderness experiences that Moses learned by reading and using these techniques. Why reinvent the wheel?

The law of prosperity
Moses is considered as the law giver. Yes, he was. And this is the law of prosperity, what you give out, you'll receive it back. Specially the law of tithing, this is one of God's commendments. And reminding me what I did and do and will do consistently in my life.

A Practical Approach to the Bible
The Bible is undoubtedly a very powerful book. Most people who read it have a very personal relationship with it and the hotly debated differing viewpoints held by its readers are to me, very irritating. So this was a refreshing viewpoint. I really enjoyed the practical aspect of the Moses story and the symbolism behind every part of the story. It was refreshing to see its purpose as a code for PRACTICAL LIVING and not for the purpose of controlling the minds of generations of people. The prosperity principles are very sensible and necessary to convert the minds of people who are talking themselves into being losers in life. Why is it so easy to talk oneself or even someone else out of doing something? Positive self-talk doesn't cost anything and more than likely will improve a situation. After reading this book, I paid very close attention to how people talked and was surprised how what they said and their tone affected me and more importantly how it affected them. The only reason I did not give this five stars is that the author referenced her other books several times. She would make a comment and refer the reader to one of her other books for more explanation. It reminded me of the one current author who claims to have all the answers to money and health but does not reveal them in his book. You have to join his website and pay a monthly fee for his "wisdom". Putting all that aside, The Millionaire Moses has great value.
