Poor quality

I was expecting much more from this blomus product. I already own some of their products and they look good and have a high quality. Unfortunately, it is not this case. From the moment I started using it, the pump mechanism didn't work properly as I had to press it a lot of times for the soap to come out, and after some months of use it is not working anymore :(
