A decent case that doesn't live up to the previous model.
In my opinion the Belkin grip case for the iPhone 5/5s was the perfect case. It was thin, durable, and the soft rubber provided a lot of shock resistance. I dropped my iPhone 5 pretty hard on multiple occasions and it took no damage. Fit was great, the buttons were easy to press through the soft material, and the cutouts were adequate to fit most plugs. And while other cases were painted over with a color or finish the Belkin grip case was solid colored rubber all the way through so that after 3 years of use it looked as good as new. After a few months all other cases I have had started looking grimy as their finishes were rubbed away. On the Belkin you rub the rubber off to expose more of the same prestine rubber underneath. It is like the difference between gold plated and solid gold jewelry. When I got an iPhone 6 I bought the new version of this case without thought or hesitation. As soon as the case arrived I could tell it was not the same. It is now made of a hard plastic instead of the soft rubber of the last version. The case fits snugly but this new material provides less shock resistance and is less comfortable in the hand than the previous one. In fact, when holding the case, the sharp seams from careless plastic molding can irritate the skin.I didn't want to go through the trial and error process of finding a new case made of the same stuff the old Belkin used so I have kept this one. After just less than a year of use the case had held up and doesn't look crappy, but I still miss the old Belkin perfection and feel cheated by the switch to the new, inferior, probably cheaper to produce, material.

which I like. The only con I can see is the ...
The case seems to add moderate protection, for a minimalist style case. It doesn't add a lot of bulk to the phone, which I like. The only con I can see is the coverage / protection at the bottom by the ports (its not completely exposed), speaker is located; its not very snug and exposes too much of the bottom of the phone. I also believe it will stretch out over time, and need to be replaced with a new case. Also, it definitely doesn't feel as high quality or as sturdy as the Belkin Grip candy case I've been using on the iPhone 5. This will due while I search for a true 5 star iPhone 6 case.Pros:- Moderate protection- Doesn't add a lot of bulk- Texture of the case is nice, grips fairly well- Fits well for the most part (except the bottom where the ports / speakers are located)- Bottom is not completely exposed (Like Apple cases)Cons:- While $20 isn't a lot, this seems more of a $10 - $15 case (quality wise)- Not as sturdy or high quality as previous Belkin cases.- Poor fit (loose) at the bottom, will likely result in sooner than expected replacement.

I've always had good luck with belkin cases
I've always had good luck with belkin cases. They seem to be getting more and more popular, thus the price has gone up in the past few years. I don't understand why people put giant bulky cases on their phone. For every day use, an otter box or similar case is more of a pain than they are worth. I've dropped my iPhone so many times without breaking the screen, so I don't understand why adding an 1/2 inch of thickness to your phone is actually worth it. I did, however, drop my iPhone 6 recently and broke the screen with my belkin case on it, but it was a freak accident that no case prob could of prevented because it hit a rock that was sticking up and cracked the screen. Who knows though. I still would rather have a more comfortable and sleek case that is easy to get in and out of your pocket, than a bulky Otterbox that looks like a phone from 1998. But hey, maybe I'm just a minimalist.

Solid if not exceptional case
Pretty reasonable case. On the plus side, it fits nicely, gives enough room where you plug in the lightning cable so that it doesn't block any cables, no antenna interference, has a enough of a lip to protect that front, and is generally a reasonable tight fit. Its single piece, so it won't split apart like my last case (ahem). On the negative side, for something called a "grip case" its surprisingly non-grippy. Its smooth, and its surface is firmer than you expect, and its closer to plasticy than rubber-y. Not bad enough to disqulify it at this price, but not the best case I have ever owned.I do have a concern about the level of drop protection provided. For the size of case (meaning, the thinness) it seems okay but not spectacular. Can't seem to detect and significant air pockets or extra level of cushioning that might help. But should be reasonable for most users who don't need more hardcore protection.

Perfect, except for flimsy piece on bottom
I had the Grip Case for the iPhone 5, loved it, so I got it for the iPhone 6. The case has the perfect matte texture (smooth but a little grippy, so it feels great in the hands) and is minimalist (something I look for in cases). The buttons are covered but easy to push. There's a small protruding lip on the front that allows me to place my phone face down on a table. The only complaint I have about the case is about the flimsy, flexible piece on the bottom. There's a huge opening in the case where my audio port, lightning cable port, and speakers are. Not only does this leave the iPhone's aluminum exposed to be scratched, but there's a piece of the case that's super stretchy; I feel like I can rip it off if I push it a little bit. I don't know why Belkin didn't decide to cover more of the iPhone there; they did for the iPhone 5.

Not too bulky
The media could not be loaded. ย The case feels great and slim. It doesn't add too much thickness to the phone. The case has a semitranslucent backside, so it's possible to see the Apple logo through it. Worth its price in my opinion. The edges are not very high, so I would strongly recommend usage of a screen protector on the phone as well.

Decent looking but not as good as the previous one for IPhone 5
Not as good as the Belkin Gripcandy Case that I have for my IPhone 5. It's not as thick, and has a weak spot on the bottom where the rubber is more flimsy/brittle. Also, the front lip of the case doesn't really protect the screen like it did on the IPhone 5, because it doesn't protrude as much.

Great product, protects iPhone well
Great product, protects iPhone well, is sleek and in my opinion great looking. Nice quality grippy feel in your hand, doesn't slip or come loose. Haven't cracked my iPhone screen since purchasing 2 years ago (touch wood).
