Clover Desk Needle Threader, Green (4072)

These little devices are big time savers. They are easy to use, work every time, and make hand sewing that much more pleasurable.

It works well, although it doesn't work for large eye needles like cross stitch needles. Some reviews say that it only work for Clover needles which is not true. You just need to position the needle correctly. I bought some needles oversea and it works fine.

Product description does not say it will only thread one kind of needle. However, the packaging says It will only thread round hole needles. It will not thread any other kind. It specifically says on the package that it will not thread embroidery needles which are the only kind I have. Should have said that in the product description.I tried it any way. Nope. Won't thread it. Very, very disappointed. I would return it, but in my excitement to try the threader (before reading the back of the package), I tossed the packaging. Grrr. Now have to hunt new needles if I want to be able to use this thing. Not happy.

I don't know how I did my crafts without this nifty device. It makes needle threading so easy. Before I used the flat silver threader, then I used a threader that had a little hook at the end to pull the thread thru the eye of the needle. Both of those methods works but the eyesight is getting bad and they involve having to push the device thru the eye of the needle; which is difficult. This nifty gadget; all you have to do is stick the needle in, lay the thread in the groove and push the lever! life is good!

This needle threader works with only one kind of hole. A big learning curve. Who knew ?That’s why some needle threaders won’t work with your needles. Inside the package was the directions which explained that with a diagram

This needle threader works fantastic! I can’t see to thread my sewing needles. This has made my life so much better! It is so easy and works great! I highly recommend this product!!

Only works when it feels like it. I have tried multiple needles and the hook on the device does not catch on the eye of the needle. I can not recommend this item.

I can thread a needle in seconds! I have purchased other needle threaders that are not easy to use and are difficult to thread a needle after multiple tries. I’m so glad that I finally found a threader that works the first time every time!
