Spigen Rugged Armor Case Compatible with Xiaomi Pocophone F1 - Black

I bought this case after much deliberation for my brand new Pocophone F1 about 8 months ago. I didn't want to buy it at first because i thought it looked a bit plain but i chose it in the end because it had the most positive reviews and it looked quite rugged. At first touch the sides of the case seem smooth and slippery which i though could be a problem when handling the phone but after a while you get used it. The all black case looks stylish and all the holes are cut precisely, the buttons are responsive.The reason i am writing this review is that i dropped my phone by accident the other day. It was about a 4-5 ft drop onto hardwood floor and the phone landed flat on the screen side. The raised lip around the front of the case seems to have taken all the force, very impressive! My phone is fine - not a scratch on it. This is an excellent case no doubt about it. I highly recommend.

Bought this case for me and the iBetter version for my wife. This was definitely the better of the two. The rim sticks out slightly beyond the face of the phone, so the screen is recessed slightly, whereas on the iBetter case the screen is flush with the case. This makes the iBetter case very slightly neater in your pocket, but if it were to be dropped then this Spigen case would offer much more protection. It fits very well and only adds a slightly noticable amount of bulk to the phone, which is well worth it for the protection it gives.It looked to me from the pictures that there was a solid back to the case, with a flexible rim. To be clear, this is a single piece of flexible silicone. It wouldn't offer much by way of bend prevention, just scratch and shock protection.

I have had it for couple of weeks now, it has good grip. It does slip. I dropped the phone at least twice so far, no scratch or crack affected the phone. Well worth it

I've had 3 cases from Spigen for different phones, and they have all been of top quality. I've tried several others at a similar price range, and I have not found any that can compete with Spigen. They fit perfectly with very accurate cut-outs and are not loose like other brands. Also the case is slightly lipped so that the screen is protected when placing the phone face down, even when you have a tempered glass screen protector - this is a major advantage over other brands (even if they have this feature they do not fit the tempered glass protector). On a similar note, it is tricky to fit any case cover with this feature with a tempered glass cover, but I did not have any problems with this case.

I've tried many cases over the years and there simply isn't anything around this price ranget that holds up as well as these do. My F1 has gone through hell and back in this case and the only damage it has is a small scratch it got thanks to the included case being absolutely useless. This case hides damage pretty well too so you shouldn't have to replace it too often, though I will say it has made me far too confident about dropping my phone. Highly recommended! I also use their screen protectors which are top notch too!

Absolutely amazing case. I was on holiday with this case. Alot of dust and dirt along with having to use the phone with greasy hands. Couldn't believe how clean this case stayed. Dropped phone a few times and its fine except for a few dents which you see when you open case, this isnt a drop case but provides good protection. Honestly for the conditions I put my phone through this case has stayed looking immaculate. Will be buying from this company from now on!

looks great. perfect cut outs and will protect from drops. that small band of carbon fiber at the bottom looks amazing. would look even better if the whole backside was carbon fiber
