Awesome Budget Hammock Underquilt
This is a very solid product and good quality for the price. I go camping often and was getting cold at night, so came to Amazon to find the perfect solution. A regular blanket is not warm enough and carrying a big puffy quilt camping is not easy to travel with and would take up way too much space. This did the trick! Kept me warm and toasty all night long, but not too warm. It is also pretty durable, I've been using this for over 3 years now and it just has some small tears and stains after many uses outside. This will probably not be warm enough if you live up north depending on the time of the year, but was nice for Florida "winter". It also comes with a sack for easy transportation and is very light. Highly recommend!

Works ok
Could be a little larger. Good down to 34 degrees for me.

This quilt is for single wide hammocks
One Tigris also sells a double wide underquilt but this isn't it. That might explain why some reviewers complain about the suspension. They're trying to fit the single wide quilt to a double wide hammock or vs versa. Hopefully helpful. It ain't down but it fits my Columbia Mammoth Creek single 100" x 59" perfectly and without gaps. Strong winds will call for an under quilt protector

Super good quality but made for smaller hammocks
I’m 6’2 and this saved me on multiple occasions it does a great job at combatting light winds and breezes, however it dies struggle to reach thoes who like their hammocks tight and long. It’s definitely has a ton of extra room where it sags but I may be using it wrong. Overall it’s a lifesaver!

Another great product from One Tigris!
I just purchased this under quilt for my ENO hammock. After unpacking and inspecting it, it looks like it should be very bit as good or better than other more expensive alternatives. It was the last item ordered to compliment the One Tigris hammock hot tent I bought a few weeks back to do some winter camping. I will follow up with additional remarks as I put it to use, but I can’t imagine that I will regret purchasing it based off of what I see so far. More to come….

this far exceeded my expectations
I was considering returning the product as i ended up making one by the time i received it. however when i opened the packaging i was impressed with the quality for the price. this comes with a decent compression sack, the sack its self has a feature that most companies over-look a printed logo, compared to a stitched patch. although this inst ultralight it does cut grams. the suspension system is full proof, it comes with elastic through nicely sewn channels and includes a small light weight carbiner for each side. Although the description at time of purchase says no suspension included i think they were saying that the hammock suspension inst included. so this has everything you need except the hammock, and a way to hang the hammock. as for warm this is fairly warm, its not drafty for me, given i'm inside and the temperature is 67 Fahrenheit with the fan on high. but i have no top quilt or blanket. As for hammocks it fits i tested my biggest and smallest the ENO double nest. and my ENO sub 7 both are compile and fit well. the only cons i seem to note, are that on the quilt there is a stitched patch the may need to be seem ripped off( if gram counting), and the weight. I didn't get this for backpacking, i have an ultralight down one for that, this is everyday inside UQ for me. but if hiking on a budget and you have poor sewing skills to make your own this is great i wouldn't hesitate. the inside quilt material is very soft breathable nice on the skin, while the outside is a durable feeling rip stop nylon. this far exceeded my expectations.

At least the only affordable UQ is a good one.
To preface this I'm 6'1", 210lbs. I sleep in a Yukon outfitters single hammock and I like it a bit on the cool side for outdoor sleeping. I've been looking at under quilts for about the last 6-8 months and figured I'd never buy one because they were so expensive. I decided to give this one a try and it is totally worth the 55 bucks. I've slept in it in 40° weather and it was great with a 35° bag and a quilt. I've slept in it down into the high 50s and low 60s with just a quilt and it was perfect. And for a night in the mid 60s and 70s all I needed was the under quilt. I can be a bit of a restless sleeper, and even with my tossing and turning, the warm air pocket underneath me wasn't lost. You can't get a true 45 degree diagonal in it but I was able to angle enough to roll on my side. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the stuff sack. The first time I tried to cinch it down, all four stitchings of the compression straps at the bottom of the bag ripped off. I am still able to cinch it down, but it's a pain in the ass. This is still a great item, and it doesn't affect the usefulness of the quilt at all, but if you're going to put compression straps on a stuff sack, sew them on right. It's a great quilt, and it's finally allowed me to get my base weight under 12 pounds because I can ditch the 0° bag.

Game changer
A game changer for hammocking. Keeps me nice and warm. Super light weight for backpacking.

Essential
You're a hammock camper? You need this unit. You already knew that. You could use any suitably adequate underquilt, but this one is affordable. It packs small, lofts fast, and attaches to more than just One Tigris hammocks using simple carabiners...I replaced the 'biners that came with it with much heavier duty ones and I'm quite happy.

Good - for the price
It is "as advertised". I tried to push the temps down by using a four-season air mattress in the hammock with this underquilt. The low temperature was just above freezing and that left me fairly cold by morning even with the pad. I have since spent the big money for a custom down underquilt. A lot more warmth for the same weight - but a lot more money too. .. If you're just summer camping you will probably be happy enough with this. For what it is, it is well designed and the construction is decent.

ditched my air mattress for this and will never look back
It fits great under my Hennessy Explorer. I used to use an airmattress inside the hammock but having this underneath makes a lot more sense.Best part is if its a warm night you can start the night with the underquilt pushed to a side (so your back/bum is able to get the breeze through the hammock material) and if it gets colder during the night you just reach out with your hand (while never getting out of the hammock) and pull the quilt under you.

Good but a bit chilly
Fit well under my hammock. My feet slipped out twice during the night, it seems a bit short for my size.I had a cold weather military sleeping bag and still go cold in there at 5 degree Celsius. Had to put socks and extra liner, I’m not a super experienced hammock camper so maybe I stretch it too much or not enough last time. It is pretty light and small, watch out with the bug spray, I made a few spots on it by mistake.Nice material, nicely made and super compact, I’ll love it during late spring/summer/early fall.
