Come on man... (EDIT) Got Pre Order Bonus Keybkade at 9pm
The below review is not on the game itself but the pre order code. As any buyer of any product or just the hype for a game and not getting what you want can anger/annoy someone.I just got the code at 9pm. I apologize to amazon for the 1 Star previously for just a code. It hasn’t been 48hours and got the code when the digital became available now at 9pm.As a Gamer being Hyped for a game and not getting what you expect can cloud your judgement depending on circumstances.Below is the previous review. Hopefully the rest of you all got the code as well.————————————————————Hyped for this game but no code for the Dawn til Dusk Keyblade? It’s a day before release and decided to go digital. Xbox still has it under pre-order for digital while PS4 just says buy now...Guess that means no pre order bonus for some of us that buy the digital earlier today eh? That sucks... If it’s just a skin with nothing special I don’t mind but if it does something that matters.Edit: Pre-Order to receive the Dawn Till Dusk Keyblade DLC *Download code will be emailed within 48 hours of release date. Limited time offer - for pre-orders only.Yeah PS4 Digital doesn’t have Pre-Order now like the other selections for some reason. So might be bad for those that get it before 9pm tonight... No bonus for them.

Two codes, one invalid from the start
Game is not out yet, so this comment is based entirely on the codes I received and me activating them.I received the first code for the game and activated it smoothly on PSN. About a day later I received a second code that I assume is for the pre-order bonus that comes with the title (some kind of keyblade that I assume is there to give me a bit of a boost for the early game). I try to enter that code, but the Playstation store considers it invalid/already activated. So two codes, one inactive and one not, and the wording in the emails for the item gives me no clue as to what the code is actually for. Leaving me to make logical assumptions until the game actually releases. Not the greatest digital experience. The wording could also suggest that it is a Promotional Credit through Amazon, but the code is not long enough for that and it comes with instructions for redeeming through PSN. Second code is just a big fail all around. Will definitely update this review if I somehow activated the pre-order bonus with the game code, or only have the pre-order and not the game.01/27/2019 Edit : At a friend's suggestion, I checked the add-on section for the now installed game. The pre-order item is there. This could be from the first code, or from a false negative on the second code. So I have everything, but still think the format for communicating on digital items could be improved on Amazon's end. I mean, calling it a 'promotional credit'?

14 years later, a worth sequel to one of my favorite games of all time.
Pros:- great combat (though not quite as perfect as KH2)- movement feels extremely fluid and satisfying- worlds are imaginative and beautiful, level design itself is decent- original stories for some of the worlds- finally wraps up the xehanort sagaCons:- combat was too easy for veterans of the series, until the recently released critical mode update (not an issue for the casual gamer)- pixar was lenient and very generous with their IPs, disney however was extremely stingy and forced the team to just do a 1:1 retelling of their worlds. Frozen and Tangled, and to an extent Pirates, were all just 1:1 retellings of the movies, while the pixar worlds got original stories- pacing isn't great, as far as the kingdom hearts lore goes there was hardly any plot progression until the keyblade graveyard at the end of the gameOverall, this game has flaws but has much more going for it than it did wrong. I've played through it twice already and had a blast both times. The upcoming Re:Mind DLC should satisfy those who craved most post-game challenge and looks to add several playable characters. I think when we get the inevitable KH3 Final Mix, it will be the best game in the series. As it stands I'd rate KH3 now at a 9/10, with KH2FM a 10/10.

Enjoying it so far
The digital code worked very well. The game starts out slow and the cut scenes are super long at first but it is enjoyable. The voice actors for RIku and Hercules were awful. They needed more emotion and emphasis in certain parts. Once Sora gets most of his power back and the difficulty increases the game becomes that much more enjoyable. Overall a great game with many things to do.

Colossal Disappointment
Would give zero stars if I could. One of the most disappointing games I have ever played. Cannot believe I waited thirteen years for this. Garbage plot, garbage gameplay, theme park inclusion was stupid and nonsensical, way too many team combos, way too many pointless tutorials for tasks you do once, and just a really shallow game with not very much side action like the previous games. Huge disappointment.
