This cordless vacuum is a good alternative to the more expensive brands. It works just as well and has very good suction. The item comes in a professional box and is well packaged. It comes with long and short arms so ideal for floors and stairs, chairs, high or low areas.The floor suction has rotating a brush to help shift more stubern dirt and so far it’s doing a great job.The vac has a basic easy to install wall hook/ stand which means it’s neatly hung in my garage. This is a little tricky to hang and doesn’t indclue a charging function (the charging cable has to be attached manually) but not an issue at all considering everything else. Battery life is pretty good too and you can easily vacuum the whole house twice before recharging again.Weight wise it’s well balanced. It’s also not too loud.Good alternative to what’s out there for half the price.

This worked well for about two uses. Battery runs out really quickly on high power, and you can only really use it on high power.Hair got clogged around the brush bar and it required removing after every single use. Bit if a pain in itself but then thanks to the rubbish design hair then got drawn into the top of the bar where the 'bearing' is which helps the bar spin. This was not a bearing as such, just a piece of plastic with a metal bar in the middle as a spindle. Hair got drawn behind the spindle and stopped the plastic from spinning. This plastic then broke off in big chunks and eventually clogged until it was un-useable.To top that, I emailed the company to ask for a replacement brush bar to receive absolutely no correspondence whatsoever.So if you want a hoover that is badly designed, runs out of battery very quickly, has no means of getting you spare parts and can't even be bothered to reply to customers, crack on. Junk, the only saving grace was that it wasn't a Dyson.

Please do not buy worked ok for 5 weeks and then broke will not suck anything up . Have been in contact with deik and no one is responding to any of my emails I have sent 3 now . They don't want to know . Paid £118.99 for it what a waste of money I have 2 small kids and no hoover .Not happy.

Nice alternative to the very expensive leading brand - has reasonable suction which could be better but great at keeping floor clean - mostly use it on carpet, battery life last a reasonable amount of time, covers a few runs in a small apartment only need to charge once every 2 weeks or so. The spinning element in the main attachment tends to get jammed a lot but can be easily removed to clean.

This vacuum is a waste of money,it purchase it because I was looking for a light vacuum to use at the top stairs of the house.Its truly light but it doesn’t hover carpet,it hardly hover properly and the other it sometimes split out the already picked dirty when it’s turn off.This is not a joke please don’t waste your money plus it’s not cheap for the bad reputation.

I have waited a while before giving a feedback about this vacuum cleaner. It does the job but honestly it is nothing special. Sometimes I have to hoover the same area a couple of times to pickup the dirt. It is comfortable because it has no wires and it is light to handle and carry around. The battery lasts just the time to hover my flat. I have to charge it everytime I use it otherwise the following time it would loose a lot of grip and hoovering energy.for what it costs, I was expecti g higher quality

After a few weeks of use, the brush stopped spinning which made it unusable on carpet. After a couple of emails the seller agreed to send me a new one. After a couple of months, the new one became useless. It couldn't even vacuum dust. Dirt got blocked where the head and the tube join, so everything went straight back out the head when the vacuum was turned off, even after cleaning and emptying everything I could find. The seller ignored my emails but Amazon has been great and arranged a return and a refund. I will buy another brand.
