Natrol Pure Super Citrimax 500 mg Capsules, 90-Count

I have been paying a bit more for another Super CitriMax product, and it is nice too, but don't hesitate to try this one if cost is a factor! In my experience, the quality is just as good. I originally ordered this one because my preferred brand was not available.

This was pretty good. It helped gave my weight loss a little push. I still have a ways to go but this did give me a little extra "umph" I lost 1/2 to 1 pound a week more using this than with just diet and exercise alone.

I guess this only works for selective population because it doesn't really suppress my appetite and there was no change on my weight after 6 weeks of taking this....I still have random craving. The only major difference I noticed when I first took it, any fatty meals or regular meals with high fat content will make me nausea and the first couple days I experienced some light headache and fasten heartbeats. It went away after couple days but again, there was no evident changes in my weight or appetite overall.That's kind of upsetting as I was hoping this will work for me.

The lower dosage in this product works for me in keeping my weight down. When the Vitamin Shoppe stopped carrying this, I tried the more available higher dosages, but they don't do it. So I'm happy to have found this item, and once again, I find it keeps my appetite in check by somehow making me more selective about what I eat.

This product truly works to help with weight reduction, suppressing appetite and decreasing food cravings. It also helps me maintain regularity. I will continue to use this product for it's healthy benefits and low cost.
