Only if your firmware is version D407 or higher. On many vehicles, such as the 2014 and 2015 Rogue, they have an older version of firmware, such as D3XX. This SSD card works with any vehicle that has a Generation 3 navigation system. Not all models changed to Gen3 in the same year, some sooner and others later. To see what version of firmware you have, hold down the Apps Button while turning the Tune knob 90 degrees left, then 90 right, then left and right again. You should see a system tab and you can get the details in there.

Q: Do you know when the 2019/2020 map will be released for purchase? I don't want to put up the money for this one and have a new one come out.

It will update

I installed the SD card. It said no card inserted. Use Nissan SD card. I removed the card and reinsert it. It said update needed. I selected update. When complete it said system will reboot now. It took 3 minutes to start the reboot then it said software needs updated. I selected update again. When done it rebooted and everything works. Just be patient and don't quit at the first message of no SD card inserted. It worked on my 2014 Rogue SL with a Bose radio.

Worked perfectly

We bought a 2015 Altima for my son and it didn't come with the SD card. This worked like a charm and was so much cheaper than the dealership. It was very easy to set up as well.

For when SD stands for Staying Disabled

We put this card in a 2014 Nissan Juke with a Navigation system and that's pretty well the progress. It would pop up a screen to download, but the button would be grayed out where there was no actual way to download the information. Nothing I could do worked or made a difference at all. In the end, I had to refund.

Worked after a few tries

Had to insert card a few times as others said, update a couple times, reboot. After 6 min or so good to go. Wish this were 2022 at least or newer map updates instead of 2018, since i purchased it in 2024.

Can't get it to load!

I put it in the SD card slot and get a message that says to put a SD card into the SD slot. I cat figure out how to get the new SD card to load!Can't find any instruction on what to do. Very frustrating!
