49cc SkaterX Gas Powered Skateboard - Black [540]

Really disappointed with this product.Out of the box it has been nothing but trouble. I have tweaked and tried to get this thing decent and it’s finally ok but it should have been good out of the box!I needed to return the front axel for the wheels as the weld was super off and the wheels could not sit straight. Just horrible quality control.Luckily the company that sells this product was super cool and once I sent pics just sent me a new one which was fine and worked.Out of the box the brakes never really worked well and needed adjusting.Also the tire on the brakes side was flat and needed to be sealed.The gas cap broke after only a couple days, it was not put on tightly, seemed almost as if the fumes from the gas weakened the plastic or something, just split at the top seam.The (funny?) sad thing is inside the box for all of this when first unpacked was a quality control check list, it is obvious they didn’t really check any of this product as most the things they check as “ok” are what I already listed as some of the problems.Not sure if this is the manufacturing company in China or the resale company on Amazon.Either way, very poor quality and I would not recommend.So disappointed as I was really looking forward to this for an event I was participating in and it really let me down.Oh well.Read reviews here on Amazon! They matter!

This is one of those things that's an awesome idea and if you spend the time tweaking on it it's great but as far as out of the box pretty cheap

While this board is exhilarating and extremely fun to ride, I would highly suggest buying spare tires and tubes for them early on as you will blow these tires quite easily. I've had this for about a month as a daily rider and have blown two tires already. (Keep in mind there wasn't any off-road travel at all) When it does work, it's a little tricky starting out to learn how to ride it. But once you've got the hang of it, it's extremely fun. The bolts and nuts were cheaply made, so buy your own or some silicone to bond it together like I did. Overall, very fun. Just takes a little work to get it just right.

Do not buy these!!! the motor mount broke off and almost serious hurt my son and they will not take any responsibility!! There are pictures to prove it my son is working with the 3 year plan I paid for we had it less then 2 months bought it in the end if August and it happened like the 6 th of October.. The back up insurance paid me in full!!

Chinese junk don't buy!!!!
