My hair was coming out like a cancer patient. Left on for about 5 minutes on half my head. Started burning after. I luckily never relax all my hair at the same time. My hair was coming out so much, and it just would not stop. There’s no way this is a regular relaxer. There’s something wrong with it. Please, do not buy this.

I bought this as a root touch up but was afraid that it might not match the results of the Dr. Miracles relaxer that did my last hair job about 2 months ago. This not only did a great job of blending, but did not over process and here I am a week later and NO BREAKAGE! which never happens when I do a second relaxer so make sure to follow the steps and get this if you have problems with breakage post relaxer

Never in my life had I had such a bad experience with a relaxer, I'm lucky I'm not bald. I had so much hair fall and break off like a handful and that's what I caught the rest clogged the drain in the tub and not even drano cleared it. My husband had to get a screw driver and he scooped up gobs of hair several times. I'm lucky I'm not bald. My hair was so damaged even with tons of leave in conditioner afterwards I was unable to brush it because it would break and end up in my comb. I shampooed like 6 times to get the relaxer off all of it so this is the damage from the product. Followed all the instructions. I do not recommend this product.

Used it on the hubby's hair. He has very coarse, very curly dark blonde hair. We followed the directions EXACTLY and ultimately he ended up looking like he had a horrible version of Ty Pennington's unruly hair from the first run (1990s) of Trading Spaces...those of you who have seen the show know exactly what I'm talking about. It was a spiked out mess that could not be styled no matter what we did, so he chopped his hair off to tame the beast. The attached picture is an accurate depiction of my husband's hair after treatment.

I followed instructions and even had it on for less time than suggested so I won’t damage my hair, as I started washing it started falling!!!! 2/3 of my hair just fell out!!!! I wanted to “relax” my hair not shave it. I had no chose but to shave after his it started falling and how the remaining hair felt.

This has always been my relaxer, it give my hair the right texture...i love it , will recommend it any day.. loving my hair right now

This perm is by far the best one I've used. My hair feels strong and thick, yet still relaxed without it being overly relaxed and flat. Very good perm. My go to relaxer when I need a touch up.

Will never be using another relaxer again! This is the one!! This is my hairs soul mate!! Lovely thick cream once activated and goes on nicely, does not burn or tingle as badly as some others and has a very minimal chemical smell. Washing out I was so surprised how soft and straight my hair felt. The shampoo has a light lovely fragrance and the conditioner has left my hair feeling lush. I have combination hair and there are NO breakages! Used the strengthener and hair whip that came with it and letting my hair dry naturally and I just can’t stop touching it! I won’t be using any other relaxers this has really impressed me.

I never relaxed my own hair before but due to quarantine had to quickly learn. Ive bought this product twice now, and was able to successfully relax my hair twice. (One box comes with enough for 2 relaxers but I did mine in parts) it comes with each step separately packaged and clear instructions to follow. I have a sensitive scalp and no lye is great for not burning. Highly recommend for newbies

This is the first time I buy this product, as I have mixed race hair I kept the relaxer half the time. Love that there is a cream to protect scalps added to it. It's double the price that I usually pay for another brand, but I will definitely stick with this one.

Very good, my hair has taken to this product very good, as I was use to using dark and li Ely for years, but stood relaxing 3yrs ago, and needed another product, my hair is very difficult, I get dry and over process spots and this perm seem to soften and balance everything, out, so will stick with this perm,

It's okay. Not much hair loss. Wish they put in more sachets
